“One of our favorite hotels in Tokyo for business and leisure”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 9, 2012

Make no mistake, this is an expensive hotel. However there are often deals on various websites for this hotel so be on the lookout.

The service is very good at this hotel (we were even allowed to check in before the official check in time). The rooms are huge (especially given the standard size room in Tokyo is relatively small), equipped with free wifi and has a very modern and huge bathroom. We had room service a couple of times at the hotel and whilst it was pricey, the food was delicious.

We paid an upcharge to use the gym at the hotel but it was worth the money. The gym has a mini onsen (hot spring spa) attached to it which was pure heaven (and free once you’ve paid your gym fee). There was a strict protocol that must be adhered to when frequenting the onsen, so if you are unfamiliar with onsens I would suggest doing some research before hand. There was also a bowling alley on site in case you wanted to laze around and enjoy the facilities at the hotel.

The hotel is located near to several subways (about 10 -15 minutes by foot) or you can catch the hotel shuttle which ran every 30 minutes. Also make it a point to visit the Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple which are very close to the hotel.

We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit.

We stayed five nights in the hotel on our Round the World trip with my wife. We found the service in the hotel to be excellent. The personnel was polite and friendly. The room was large end the bed huge (Superior King Comfort room). The bathroom was also good with a separate and roomy shower cubicle and a separate bathtub.

The location of the hotel is good. There are two metro stations of two separate metro lines within a 200 meters walking distance. There is an Airport Limousine bus connection to Narita Airport, which makes the hotel easy to reach when coming to Tokyo with an airplane.

One important thing to note is that the hotel rooms have a free of charge wireless internet connection that seemed to be of good quality and of high speed. This is not the case always in hotels.

I can recommend this hotel!

For a 3 day visit we stayed in the Prince Park Tower hotel in Japan. Expensieve but every Yen worth. Very friendly and efficiënt personnel. Excellent food. Beautiful rooms. Situated very close to Tokyo Tower. Easy excess to all interested attractions and shopping malls. Train and metro stations easy to reach.
I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in walking distance to Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple, both worth a visit. You can catch the subway just around the corner from Shibakoen or Daimon or you take the Yanamote / Keihin line at Hamamatsucho station, where you get with a shuttle bus from the hotel every 30 minutes or by foot in approx 15 minutes. The rooms are larger than the average. The breakfast buffet offers great variety, something I always appreciate, as I ususally stay in Tokyo for at least 2 weeks. Plus, the Western breakfast ( there is also a Japanese) is served at the 33rd floor with great views (see photo)
To get to the hotel from Narita airport, you can take the Airport Limousine Bus. It brings you from door to door in approx 2 hours for 3000 Yen per person.

You know when you've chosen a good hotel, when you turn up and parked outside is a brand new Ferrari! We arrived an hour before the official check in time and despite many postings about the Japanese adhering to the times, we were checked in and shown to our room immediately.
The room was fantastic, very large and spacious and a fantastic view over Tokyo. I couldn't have been more pleased. Nice slippers, robes, lots of towels, the most complex toilet controls you have ever seen and a lovely bathroom, with a separate large shower cubicle with plenty of toiletries! Just ideal.
The location worried me for the first day or so, as there isn't much nearby, however I soon learnt that Tokyo is so big, that you need to use the tubes or buses to get around everywhere, so this wasn't an issue. Just don't expect lots of restaurants on your doorstep.
My only other slight negative about the hotel, was that you have to pay to use the gym or pool. Which I felt was a bit cheeky. However I decided not to use these facilities and walk for miles around the city instead!
Despite the above small niggles, I would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again and I would certainly recommend it to other people.
(n.b. watch out for good deals every so often on hotel websites for this hotel. It's normally quite expensive, however we got it for an absolute bargain but just watching and waiting)

This was a very special occasion for us. Our grandson was celebrating his 21st birthday, and his mother had promised him a visit to Japan as a 21st birthday gift, he has loved the country and the people since he was a young child. Sadly his mother our dear daughter, died three years ago, but her brother fulfilled her wish and paid for him to go. (I had the privilege of coming along) he had a list of all the places he wanted to drag his granddad.
We had the most fantastic room; all the staff were very helpful. There was an young man at the reception who was from the UK who gave us all the help we needed to get around (and he saved us from missing our flight back) The hotel is right above the access to all the rail links, so no need to look for a taxi. Although not the best pace for breakfast, there are plenty of other options. The people who work there make the hotel a place worth staying. Thank you for helping fulfilling a young man’s dream.

Room Tip: A corner overlooking the city. Great views at night.

I think what surprised me most about my stay here was the size of the room. I was on the 14th floor, and was quite surprised to discover a sizable king-size bed, a decent sized desk to work off of and a well equipped and large bathroom. The rooms are very modern and extremely comfortable.

In terms of facilities, I did manage to fit in a gym visit which was great as it also serves as an external gym facility so it is well stocked with free-weights, machines, plenty of treadmills and a yoga/spinning studio (didn't do that but saw it was there). That was great.

For location, I selected this hotel due to its proximity to our office. There are at least 2 subway stations easily within walking distance, but apart from Tokyo Tower and the associated shops around that, there isn't a huge amount of choice in the immediate vicinity. You pretty much have to taxi to any one of the many more bustling spots if you want to dine/drink/see outside of the hotel.

The only other minor fault for me is that the Japanese restaurant closes somewhat early (9:30). They also don't do Japanese room service after that time - and so as a consequence, after my late international arrival, my only options were western (I was so looking forward to some great Japanese...).

All in all, a great hotel, well staffed with helpful people, and overall a very good experience in Tokyo.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view on Tokyo Tower.
