Love the place in August. Lively yet not crowded. Many alfresco along the way towards the hill.
Interesting Chinese restaurants serving good quality food that are not expensive - starting from 700-800 yen per dish. Go there if you are crazing for good authentic Chinese food in Tokyo; namely a Szechuan restaurant, Chinese Cantonese restaurant, Nanxiang xiaolomgbao.

“it reminded me of singapore”
Reviewed September 8, 2013

roppongi hills is another futuristic area in tokyo. the skyscapers here were great. different malls were interconnected with each other. there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops scattered all over. it reminded of raffles place in singapore. a great spot to have a break for a cup of coffee

“Great view”
Reviewed August 23, 2013 via mobile

I only ever visit this place for the view t the top of the tower as I am a keen amateur photographer. I have visited several times at night , dusk and during the day and been rewarded with an outstanding view each time . On the building is located near to the Tokyo tower so you have a great foreground interest for the foundation of your photo. During the day if your luck you can see Mt Fuji which is always impressive. If you go at night or dusk the view are more impressive but if you are visiting to try an take a great photo be aware that the enclosed observation deck has a habit of staging events with bright spotlights which reflect terribly of the glass on the best viewpoint of the entire floor. If if is open you should definately try and get to the open roof for te perfect photo .
