The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes in the morning to/from Shinagawa Station and in the afternoon to/from Meguro Station until 10pm. It's very convenient and takes exactly 5 minutes. It's a close walk to the Tokyo Metro Shirokanedai and Shirokane-takanawa stations. Nice big lobby, wifi in every room and outlets by the bed! Lots of amenities in the bathroom including bath salts! It's the first time I've seen bath salts in a hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. They have a bus to Narita Airport that stops at the hotel for 3000 yen which is very convenient. Otherwise taking the Tokyo Metro to Oshiage, then transferring to the Sky Access Line works great as well and only costs 1330 yen!

Room Tip: We got a recently renovated room and were very pleased.

For my first time in Tokyo I really liked this experience. Very helpful front desk and patient concierges (language barrier was not a problem at all). The room service was excellent (Japanese breakfast!). The rooms were comfaortable but maybe air conditioning should be updated, it was a bit warm and you could only adjust to a certain degree of cool, but that's the only recommendation I can give about this very lovely hotel.

This is an older, but very well maintained property conveniently located only 10 minutes from Shinagawa station. The public areas, in particular the lobby bar are very nice and the Japanese garden is really beautiful at night. The rooms are small but well appointed. Everything works as intended. The various hotel restaurants offer plenty of variety but there are many excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The highlight of this hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel very welcome. My only gripe is their small gym is not 24 hour accessible but does open at 6:30AM.

It is very good value for money when compared to others nearby and I would stay here again when in this part of Tokyo.

Room Tip: Try to get a room overlooking the garden

Really friendly hotel - great for families. Nice quiet room overlooking beautiful Japanese courtyard. Lovely bar, really nice atmosphere at night. We didn't eat here, choosing to explore outside of the hotel for our meals instead. Good location, hotel has a shuttle or it's a five minute walk to the subway! Recommended.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the courtyard, it's lovely to look out on! :)

Stayed here for 3 nights in October 2013. Room was in excellent condition and had a very good view of the city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the concierge offered many good suggestions. The complimentary shuttle bus was always on time and made getting around the city (via public transport) as easy as possible.

Only drawback is location is not central, especially if you're out late, however, the shuttle compensated for that during most of the day (and early evening).

Our hotel is located in one of Tokyo’s rich residential area so it is true that it is 7-8 minutes’ walk from the hotel to the nearest 24 hours-open convenience store.
We operate free shuttle service to JR Meguro station leaving about every 15 minutes and I recommend to use this shuttle for your shopping and dining out.

Rooms are fine . Comfortable beds . Bathroom a bit small and functional. Coffee and tea making facility but no black tea. Take some from breakfast if you need your fix.
Apparently 1 of our party said the pool was good the rest of us were sleeping!
Very convenient location near the train station. Beautiful garden lit up at night ...makes the floor to ceiling windows a piece of art when having drinks and lovely snacks in the bar.
The steak was delicious.

Room Tip: Ask for a room overlooking the garden.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Room is pretty standard Sheraton room. Very friendly staff with good English. We found the location convenient, 5-min walk to Shirokanedai subway station, or a free shuttle to Meguro station (you can ask driver to drop you off at Shirokanedai on the way to Meguro) From there it's about 10-15 min to central Tokyo At Meguro you can get the SUICA subway card, very convenient for subway travel.
Hotel has money exchange vending machine in the lobby but the service charge is pretty high, something like 8%. There is a 7-Eleven across from Shirokanedai station that has ATMs without any service charges, so best to get $ there. There is also a food market nearby.
And you're $10 taxi ride from Shinagawa train station where you can catch bullet and regular trains, and the N'EX train to Narita airport.
