Very good value for the money. The hotel is centrally located. They have hourly shuttle from the JR line which is really practical for those using the metro.

Note that the rooms are fairly old but well maintained. I found that in the summer, the aircon is not running as cold as one could hope.

Room Tip: Ask for a front facing room, the back rooms don't have a nice view and are close to garbage bin...

When you have seen many Sheraton Hotels, this one is definitely not the best. But it has a great service and clean rooms. Internet in the lobby is free.
A big advantage is the shuttle transfer to Narita airport leaves right in front of the hotel.
A few minutes behind the hotel there is a lovely Japaneese Garden for calming down.

A nice hotel with comfortable (quite small) rooms. Definitely more of a business hotel, the emphasis is on functional rather than luxury. The bathroom was quite shabby and the shower wasn't great. Not the best location for the tourist sites of Tokyo, but the train station is close by, so its not really a problem. I took a bus tour of Tokyo and the concierge couldn't have been more helpful when organising this. Both the Japanese and Chinese restaurants in the hotel were good.

My first impression was that I was given a staff room. Small, dark and lacking. Then I figured the hotel's market was mostly domestic business travelers, ergo no iron & ironing board, mini bar or international tv channels. All understandable, but not the odour in the bathroom (sewage-related I guessed).

I will complement the staff, however, all very pleasant and attentive. Also Cafe California at the lobby level served excellent fare. There are two items for the plus column, but not enough to entice a return visit.

This is a nice hotel located in Tokyo area. We were upgraded to a superior room upon arrival. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and big. The only negative point about this hotel is its location. The shuttle bus offers free travel to the Shinagawa train station in the morning. No shuttle bus available from Shinagawa station back to the hotel though. one option is to take a taxi from Shinagawa station to hotel but it costs you around 1500 yen. The most economical option is to take Yamanote line to From Shinagawa to Meguro station as there is a shuttle bus runs between the hotel and Meguro station from 10.23am and 9.53pm .

No nearby restaurants to eat. There is a nice restaurant within the hotel but it can be a bit expensive.

Have stayed in this nice hotel few times with the family of two kids as we used to live in Tokyo very near this hotel. Its a bit far from most of the places you want to visit or see in Tokyo. We always had a car so it was not a problem. Station may be about 10 minutes walk and there are shuttle bus services to the nearest statation Shirokanedai. Hotel lobby, cafe and the garden are really beautiful, spacious. Rooms are bit smaller and a bit dry. service is great as anywhere in Japan. The evening walks are very nice in this area as its a quiet nice neighborhood.
Japanese garden in the hotel is a must visit and take a walk on nearby Happoen, another beautiful Japanes garden. There is a nice cafe with books nearby and few nice restaurants as well. Overall great Value for Money!
I would definitely stay in this hotel if I visit Tokyo again. very reasonable price and helpful staff.

We redeemed points as a family to stay at this hotel for vacation, and I have no complaints. The concierge was very willingto help us figure out how to get around the city and see the thigns we wanted to see. And even though we were not close to any major tourist attractions in Tokoy, there is a shuttle leaving every 15 minutes to a nearby public transportation station, it really doesn't matter at all. (Getting around tip: Leave before 10am to get to the Shinagawa station, which is a major hub with access to at least 6 or 7 different lines, because after 10 - you can only go to Meguro, which only has access to JR Yamanote.)

Because of our preferred guest status, we had access to a great breakfast buffet. Front desk staff and concierge were very friendly to our kids. My wife has been to Tokyo before, but this was my first time, and she says the room was considered big, although in the States, it would have been considered small. I hoenstly don't care about the size of the room because we are only there to sleep. It was very clean and comfortable.

Oh, and something I haven't seen anywere else: each room has its own wireless Internet hotspot and password so there were no issues with connectivity anywhere at any time.

Despite the fact that this is very clearly a business hotel - I probably saw one other family there our entire trip - you can still have a nice vacation there. If I had been traveling for business and onyl staying 3 days, I would give this 5 stars, but given that it's a little removed from the more exciting parts of the city, I think 4 is far.
