The staff at this hotel are lovely. The location is good, right next to Odaiba station. Breakfast is very good. Room was very good size. Even if you get there early check-in is not allowed until 3pm. Free wifi is ONLY in the lobby and business centre. Also disappointing to find that the gym and pool have to be paid for. When we asked just to have a look at the pool to consider if we would use it, we were refused. The gym isn't even anything special - just 3 bikes and 3 treadmills. Housekeeping was a bit slapdash, in the week we were there sometimes the bed wasn't made, or towels not folded, I know its not life or death but you do kind of expect those things in a hotel of this standard. Would suggest comparing with the Grand Pacific hotel opposite, my partner uses both for business and he prefers Grand Pacific.
