“LOVED this hotel; love Odaiba!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2013

Note to Hotel: please provide instructions in English on how to operate the room's Zojirushi brand hot water kettles. The buttons on mine were labeled only in Japanese.

Zojirushi is a well-respected brand that I associate mostly with high-end rice cookers, and indeed my room's electric kettle resembled a miniature rice cooker. I figured out how to operate it on my 2nd morning, but would've appreciated some guidance.

Hotel is large and grand (like its name). Rooms are very clean and luxe. I could have stayed there forever!

Odaiba is a fun place to explore. Take the free Bay Shuttle which stops outside the hotel every 15 minutes.

Room Tip: select a room with a view of Rainbow Bridge

Hotel is well located for tourists if they like shopping centres. When travelling to city or attraction need to change trains and or water bus which adds to journey time with delays between timetable
Hotel does not have a guest laundry
Breakfast only available from 700am - 1000 am even on weekends
Menus are big on buffets with additional pricing on weekend
No coffee shop options for breakfast or simple light breakfast menus
Very busy on weekends
Bar very expensive
During summer rooms become quite light early even with doos and blinds closed
Limited english language TV stations with very limited news movie documentary coverage
Not ideal for business travel

On a recent trip to Japan lasting 17 days. We (4 adults) stayed at this Hotel for 6 nights at end of May 2013. We found that this hotel was well located though a 15 to 25min trip by train to Downtown. There are lots to see in the area from fantastic architecture to large shopping malls. There is even a beach nearby though not for swimming. Cruises can be taken around the harbour and is worth a couple of hours to get an overall view of the area. We did not have breakfast there but instead got our supplies next door. Great location especially if you want to be away from the crowds sometime.

We had celebrated our special days in this hotel for couple years now.
We liked it because the rooms are large (esp compare to other hotel in Japan), soft carpet, and the location. It is right in the center of Odaiba, it has a shuttle bus to YCAT, to Disneyland and to Venus Port Mall (so does Nikko hotel but Le daiba is slightly cheaper and has bigger room).
However, last year when we want to celebrate our daughter birthday, they were full-booked and when we went to directly ask the receptionist, the response was very cold (not even decent apology), considering that we are returning customer, they didn't show any recognition what so ever. Disappointing.

This Hotel offers excellent facilities.
It has a main advantage of being on the direct line connecting both airports. The airport limousine bus is quick, convenient, easy to book ( at the airport) and inexpensive.

This is one of the best hotels in Tokyo and comes at a far more reasonable price than most of its competitors.
Rooms are large, clean, modern and comfy. They have excellent view of the bay and Tokyo skyline.
Breakfast a bit expensive but plentiful, with excellent view from the 30th floor. If you dont want to overpay, there are a lot of very nice food options around.
The hotel is located on Odaiba Island, across from Tokyo downtown, with a convenient skytrain connection that takes you to the heart of Tokyo in 15 minutes. Trains run every 3-5 minutes from 6 am to 12.30 am.
Good connection to Narita (90 min.) and Haneda (30 min.) airports by Limousine Bus service.
Very knowledgable and helpful reception staff.

Room Tip: Go for upper floors for a breathtaking views of Tokyo
