Perfectly located for visiting the decent restaurants in the Ginza area and also close to the subway. Breakfast choice was very good and also the bar area was a good size with plenty of views. Only negative was the so-called gym. Very small!

One night stay at the end of our Japan adventure.

Big, modern hotel located in a reasonably central spot- two subway stops away from main Tokyo Station.

Rooms large enough by Tokyo standards, beds comfortable and bathroom adequate.

Reception is on 25th floor so rooms above are high up. If on the correct side and a clear day, you can make out Mt Fuji in the distance.

Sadly, we were on the wrong side but still got good skyline views of the city.

Can be a little confusing to find it from train/subway station.

Won this amazing trip to Tokyo Japan on the Price Is Right . 6 nights breakfast included!!!! Very nice!!! Stayed at the Park Hotel on the 31st floor. Where u will find the the executive lounge free Danish and juice in the morning and wine and beer in the evening. Just steps away from the train station. The staff was on point everyday of my stay. They work was a time. Way to go staff!! And by the way my room was amazing with the view of the City love the art work on the wall.

We stayed here for 4 days before our cruise. The hotel location makes it very easy to get to from either airport using Airport Limousine bus since they drop you off directly at the hotel. There are many ways but it’s the easiest if you have large suitcases.

We choose an artist room 3101 with south facing view with the hopes of seeing Mt Fuji...unfortunately it was cloudy all four days. I also choose an artist room since it gave us the privilege of their special room offering juices, pastry and hot beverages in morning and during evening red & wine. This was a very nice perk since after a long day of playing tourist you could enjoy a glass of wine. We found the hotel staff extremely accommodating and always smiling.

I used the laundry facilities once b/c it was so humid and we change clothes frequently. I appreciate the hotel having this facility since many do not and you are stuck with paying hotel laundry prices. The only issue I had was that these two washers are washer & dryer combo. So wash and dry for a small load was $4-5 but they provided detergent. They washed and dried but they didn’t wring out enough liquid so the clothes was still wet. So if you are thinking of using washer plan to pay another 400 yen (30 mins per 100 yen) to dry.

We also paid extra ~$25 pp for breakfast. Hubby thought price was steep but I thought it was the going rate for Asian breakfast in Tokyo. Since we were staying on the artist floor we could have had pastries, juices & coffee and tea complimentary but l like larger breakfast to start the day so I choose to pay.

I would stay here again for location and convenience to the transportation center above ground walkways as well as below for subways and trains. A great hotel stay.

Room tip: Our rm 3101 has a south view had the possibility of seeing Mt Fuji. the north side had best views of the city skyline and park.

This hotel's strongest point is its extremely helpful staff. They instructed us about how to navigate the train system, recommended places to eat and also places to visit. The hotel is on the 25th floor and the views are great. We had a corner room and it was reasonably spacious. The air con took a while to kick in and my one gripe would be that there was no bedside cabinet or light on one side of the bed, plus hardly any room to get in or out of the bed. (Hence the 4, not 5 stars). It's clean, has good quality toiletries, white and fluffy (if a tad small) bath towels, bath robes and slippers. The bed was comfortable too. In terms of location - it's near to the overground and underground stations, and within walking of the Ginza shopping district.
