This was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I traveled with family and we stayed here for 2 nights. It is a bit on the pricier side, however, I feel it is justified with the location, rooms, sights of the city, and overall quality of the hotel.
I would be pressed to find anything to complain about with this hotel. The top draw to the hotel I feel is the sight of the city it offers in the lobby and the convenience of its location. Everything you want is certainly in a walkable distance and the train station is a small walk away.

Slightly dated rooms but fantastic skyline views and very helpful staff. Could use a late night cocktail rooftop or similar and more room service options but strong location right in the thick of Tokyo and next to the high-end shopping districts of Ginza.

Stayed here over a business trip and it was conveniently located with many restaurant and shops around. Also well connected to major transport stations via the overhead and underground walkways. The hotel itself was located on a high floor and hence all rooms had great city views although some with views better than others.

Staff were very friendly and polite with an ever willing to serve attitude. All had a good understanding of English which was great. Had an issue with the room pillow being too thin for me and the housekeeping staff were kind enough to provide me with a thicker Western style pillow. Also complained of the room feeling a little stuffy on the first night and they quickly sorted out an air filter to clear the air.

Let down was the gym which was very small. Literally only a hotel room with 3 machines in it. They also imposed a 30 minute limit on each user and sessions had to be by prior arrangement. No hotel pool was available.

Overall a good experience during a business trip and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very well situated. It is close/walkable to many attractions ( such as Ginza, Tsukiji Fish Market, Hamarikyu Gardens) and the rail system. The rooms are a bit on the small side but very well appointed and clean. Most of the staff have a good working knowledge of English and are very accommodating and helpful. There are several restaurants on site along with a fitness center. The Breakfast that is included is well done with offerings of Japanese or Western style.

The hotel is modern and new and staff are professional and friendly. I think it is one of the most special and artsy hotels I've stayed in Japan. The walls feature different local artists which I think is a fabulous idea. If you're having got a room with a view, go to the lobby ad you'll see a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. All the staff are helpful, unlike in some hotels where you always find one or two very nice staff only, even in Japan. Some may find it a bit far away from downtown but the hotel entrance is connected to a train station, so is still convenient.

Room Tip: treat yourself with a room with a view
