This was the second time I stayed at The Park and once again I was extremely happy with my choice. The hotel is in a fabulous position above two metro train stations and easy to move around from being on the Ginza line. It is also walking distance or a short cab drive from most destinations in Tokyo that one may want. The rooms are on the large side for Japan and very clean. The staff are friendly and speak very good English. As Tokyo can be hard to navigate the hotel provides maps and advice on how to get to where you want to go. A little tip is to grab a card to show taxi drivers how to get you home...most taxi drivers have NO English, plus there are a few Park Hotels so be sure they are taking you to the correct one.Enjoy the bar or hope across to the Conrad Hotel (next door, much more expensive and not as good) for a Martini and a fabulous view. The Park also has amazing views from the lobby and the rooms. You'll be high up.

Nice central location in Tokyo near train stations and elevated walkways. Service (as is always the case in Japan) is outstanding. Room clean, but tiny by western standards. Buffet breakfast selection limited. I'd go there again, as long as pricing remains under $150/nt.

We stayed 4 nights at the Park Hotel back in July. The hotel is in the Shiodome media center. It was a bit tricky trying to figure out the underground/above ground walkways, but it's nice that the Shiodome subway stop is pretty much next door, and the Shimbashi train station is a 10 minute walk. Ginza is only a 10 walk, and the fish market about 15 mins. The Hotel is located in the Shiodome Media Tower, and the lobby is on the 25th floor! The staff is very professional and helpful. We stayed on the 32 second floor. The rooms are small, which is to be expected in Tokyo, but they're extremely clean, quiet, and have a wide assortment of toiletries. To the right of reception, there's a small room with a few computers for free internet. The only downside to the hotel was that the Shidome area is a business center, and therefore pretty dead at night.

Great value for money, good location, excellent views. Service was good too. Well-designed and modern interior.
The only negative point was that it was quite a walk from JR Shimbashi Station. Took us about 12 mins with our luggages. But if you take the subway, its almost immediate access to the hotel. On our last night, we discovered another way using the overground bridge which may be faster from JR Shimbashi.
If you're going to Odaiba, this hotel is excellent as its right across the Yurikamone line which goes direct to Odaiba.
Free internet access from your room was really handy too.
Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for couples and business travellers.

Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who could not do enough for us. The rooms were small but what you would expect for Tokyo- they are clean and very modern. The location to this hotel is perfect, close to the JR line and the subway, on the edge of Ginza with lots of shops and restaurants available. What makes it so special though is the outstanding service. You will not be sorry for staying at this hotel.
