We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, the first night we had a corner room but after asking next day we where moved to a room with a wonderful view of Tokyo and the Tokyo Tower.
We never ate in the hotel so cant comment on the food, but for Breakfast we walked thro the underpass and either had a Subway or a McDonalds.
10 mins walk away there are several good eating places.
The staff were very helpful most of the front desk speaking good english
The beds where comforable and the bathroom also very good with its Thann toiletries.
All in all would defo go back if in Tokyo again.
If you intend to travel on the underground and local buses be sure to get a Pasmo card at the local station much easier that paying every time with cash.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of Tokyo Tower Amazing!

This is surely one of the best hotels in Tokyo city...locaed in Shimbashi area and plus the veiws you will get from your room are just amazing. This is surely a place for visitors, business travellers and even for families wanting to come and visit Japan..

Room Tip: just go online and visit the official website....rooms are very peaceful...

Stayed 3 nights in September 2013. This was already my third stay at Park Hotel Tokyo. Location is just perfect, easy access to both Shinbashi & Shiodome subway stations. Tsukiji fish market is in walking distance too.
Rooms need some update, but clean & tidy anyway. For the booking of three night stay I got free upgrade to a room with the Tokyo Tower view! Fitness room for guests on the 2nd floor is not the largest one, but very functional. Used it every day!
Very polite and good service at all the departments. Simply a good hotel with mint location!

Stayed here for five nights in August 2013. 4 people in 2 rooms. We got the 40% discount through their website for staying more than 4 nights. It's convenient from the airport because the airport limo bus stops here. The location is great: a 5-10 minute walk to Ginza, Tsukiji, or subway. I loved staying here, mostly because the staff were unfailingly helpful. The concierge service was excellent. Whatever we needed help with, they were on it. They helped our group with a broad range of requests from restaurant and kabuki reservations to mailing a package. The hotel serves business travellers and tourists. The room was cozy and efficient. We loved the shower, which had fabulous water pressure (we live in Bangkok and the water pressure is never strong). We found the mattress comfortable and slept well. They even have some laundry machines on the 26th floor for people who want to wash their own clothes relatively inexpensively. The breakfast buffet, designed to satisfy foreign and Japanese tastes, offers a number of options, all well prepared or thoughtfully selected (or you can walk 10 minutes to the outer market by Tsukiji and have fresh sushi...). They even have a tiny, little fitness room (for one person at a time) with an elliptical machine and a weight machine. If we can get the same price again, we will definitely be back.

Room Tip: For a great city view, with sunset, ask for a room facing the Tokyo Tower. Room may get hot in the...

My husband, 2 children and I stayed here for 5 nights. Within 5 minutes on foot, we were in the middle of Ginza, shops, restaurants and stations, all nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable, beautiful and reasonable. Last time in Tokyo, we stayed at Excel Hotel in Shibuya, which is really great. However, it cost more than $300 per night during the period we went. This hotel charges significantly lower. We were all happy and would definitely go back. Note: The room and beds are very small for a family of four.

Room Tip: If you are a family of 4, you need a larger room.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel is fantastic! Great service, location is the best- has the metro station literally next door, walking distance to several parks and fish market, mall next door with breakfast options and relatively large rooms for Tokyo standards with amazing views! Would definitely recommend when visiting Tokyo!

We stayed at the Park Hotel Tokyo for six nights in total in September, with a break to visit Kyoto in the middle. The hotel was excellent, the room was exactly as advertised, queen bed with a view of the Tokyo Tower. As others have mentioned the rooms are on the small size which is typical of Japan, but they were very well appointed and comfortable. The staff were excellent, they looked after our luggage while we went to Kyoto on a tour and when we returned they had already taken the luggage up to our new room.
The hotel is in easy walking distance of the Tsukji Fish Market and the Hama Rikyu Gardens and as much shopping as you can manage, if you are into that kind of thing, we aren't, but if you get the chance take the self paced audio tour of the Hama Rikyu Gardens,, it is really beautiful and completely restful, right in the center of Tokyo and it is free. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
