Excellent location for visiting Tokyo with easy access to Yamanote line and two metro lines with an extensive underground connexion which was more than helpful in the cold rainy days. Amazing view of Tokyo Tower and the Mt Fuji beyond it. The room was comfortable despite the size and very well kept - we chanced the room we've got for a Tower view one, and the overall impression was that the tower view one was in a much better shape than the other. The first one was a quite doggy. The staff was extremely helpful in all this move - they helped us despise the fact that the hotel was fully booked at the time - around new years eve. The staff was very helpful and very efficient during all the time we stay there, almost two weeks. A great choice for so many reasons.

Room Tip: Get the ones with the Tower View.

Has pretensions to be a chic luxury hotel as it is on 25 to 34 floors but doesn't really work. Rooms small (even by Tokyo standards) but clean, buffet breakfast mediocre but main problem is the location - in a business area which is just skyscrapers, nearest restaurant area is Shinbashi which is a bit seedy compared to Shinjuku or Harajuku, on the oedo line but too out of the way to be quickly connected. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Ate in the lounge ( drinks very pricy ) and served what we thought would be a vegetarian salad with bacon. Would not recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at the Park hotel very much. It’s located atop a commercial building in Tokyo, and is close to Ginza and many good restaurants. It has stunning views of the “Eiffel Tower” and is very modern. It has a great lounge area in the middle of the lobby which is generally abuzz throughout the day and evening. My room was clean and comfortable, and the noise level was very low. I did seem to have a great deal of internet connectivity troubles in my room, but was able to connect in the lounge without trouble. They offer a shuttle service to Narita airport for 3000 Yen which is much less expensive than a taxi. I will certainly stay at the Park again on my next visit to Tokyo…

The exercise room has a charge to use, and consists of an elliptical machine (that's about it). If you're looking for a hotel with an exercise room... this is not the place.

Went for 6 days business trip
Positive:
-amazing view
-quiet room
- comfortable and spacious lobby with view
- ideal location with lots of metro connections

Negative:
-gym is not free and can't be used anytime. You need to book first. Not ideal when you're jet lagged and want to go for a run middle in the night
- rooms are very small compared to the new otami hotel for example
-not the more lively area but a 15mn walk will bring you to trendy places so not a big deal

Would come again if they sort the gym nonsense

Usually stay at the New Otani when in Japan but because of a large touring party we were booked into the Park Tower and have to say was pleasantly surprised how good it was - rooms were fairly big and very comfortable albeit you have to access via the 25th floor lobby. The breakfast buffet was as good as you can get with a great range of traditional Japanese and western food available - added bonus was that it was well priced and only a short walk from some great bars & restaurants

Me and my friend stayed at the Park Hotel for 11 days in january.
The hotel´s facilities are pretty well kept and the rooms are quite nice with amazing views.
Service is below average since the english skills of the staff is very poor and they dont make an effort in order to please guests and meet their expectations.
Concierge was useless and front desk staff was very slow and confused.
If you´re in Tokyo for business, maybe the hotel´s location is ideal for you, but if you´re on leisure I wouldn´t recommend staying in this area.
I´m planning on going back to Tokyo next year, but will not stay at the Park Hotel again.

I stayed here last week and was not at all impressed. The room is rather basic the lobby serves breakfast and turns into a bar in the evening. There is simply nothing luxury about this hotel. The room was small but clean. You have to take two lifts, one to get to the lobby and the other to get to the rooms. The area is a bit out of the way and you have to walk a bit to get to Gina. However the subway is just below the hotel and th only good view are the train tracks. I would not come back.
