Hotel right next to the Tokyo Tower and a temple. However, it was a 10 mins walk to hamamatsucho station. Can see the Tokyo tower from the hotel room which is the only good point. Staff was friendly and speak english well. There is a free shuttle bus to the train station though.

The hotel has quite a good location and reasonable prices. Service is good and staff is always helpful, as in general in Japan.
Some stores are located in the basement and there is also some restaurants.
Even if the hotel is clean, it is getting worn and some new paint and furniture would be nice.
Attractions nearby include Tokyo Tower and a temple.

For our travel style where we use the hot water maker and fridge for our light dinner this is great. We like to do things on our own and not take tous so 5 days here was ideal. The breakfasts have everything - carbs, protein, veggie and Asian. Also nearby is loads of local restaurants. On our late arrival night, the ramen was comforting. Next door is a large temple complex and lots of green park areas are nearby. The hotel itself is older but everything is well maintained. Helpful staff and two subway stations nearby.

Room Tip: We got this on a five day package with a terrific price for air and land.

stayed there 3nights and had ok time. Had a pretty tiny room (assume the norm), reception area impressive huge and reminded me of an airport terminal. had an overall 70's thing going on, which is ok, but could have been a lot better and a lick of paint is much needed.
The food was pretty good, nice breakfast buffet, bit pricey, but good.
The location is good, close to several underground stations next to Tokyo Tower.

This tokyo prince hotel is one of the famous hotels in Japan.
When i stayed at this hotel, this restaurant of this offers buffet of "Foie gras" which is very delicious.
The bath room was made of "Marble".

Room Tip: The room of the higher floor has the better landscape.

My family and I stayed here to end our vacation in Japan. The rooms were pretty standard (a little outdated), nothing unique or outstanding. It's very central to transit and restaurants, so that was a plus. Front desk makes check-in easy and the valet service is quick and friendly.

I had one of those stays where it's difficult to complain but also difficult to compliment.

The plus side: if you get the superior king bed room, you get a humongous bed that can sleep 3 Asian adults who do not turn much. And then there is space for two nightstands, a work desk, and a minibar with the TV on top. (The double room has two single beds and is smaller.) For Tokyo, that kind of space is a luxury.

The place also has a bunch of restaurants albeit it's best to reserve. The restaurants are a notch about average. (See what I mean by difficult to complain but also to compliment.) We had a lunch, which was good, and then a dinner at the tempura restaurant. There's also a French/Belgian cafe on the hotel grounds and along the road.

The hotel also has a small shopping arcade that houses a Lawson convenience store. It's pretty well stocked, including Tokio banana.

On the minus side: the entire appearance of the hotel does look 1970s dated. In fact, there was a vintage car parade starting at the hotel carpark on the Saturday we were there.

The location is not so convenient. It's off the Onarimon station, which is on a line that belongs to the smaller Toei group. If time is of some importance, try to stay around Ginza so you can more conveniently ride trains on the larger Tokyo Metro group.

The room itself was comfortable. The toiletries were missing soap (only foam and gel), and the shampoo and liquid soap were both weak.

Staff were helpful for the most part. I got help from Rosalinda and she was responsive and helpful.

If your work takes you around the area or if you found a good deal for the place, I would say it's all right to stay. But if you are a tourist on limited time, you might want to consider something else.

Room Tip: If you need to spend time in the room, go for the superior king. If you are mostly away, the double...
