I ever stay in Grand Prince New Takanawa Tokyo, Japan in 2010. And it was amazing for me to stay in this hotel! Very glamour, unique, tasty cuisine, and very welcome staffs!
Also, Tokyo is beautiful and clean city! Thank you for being my best stay!

No doubt this hotel offers only the best. From the comfortable yet firm bed to the friendliness of Princes' staffs.
However, it's disappointing that they doesn't have international tv channel.
They have 2 pools which are useless during winter, it will be great to have a indoor pool and also a fitness center.

In walking distance to Shinagawa Station, we were very happy to have chosen this Hotel for our 3 night stay-over in Tokyo.Everything was in an easy reach for exploring the city. We occupied 2 rooms (Parents, 3 Teenager) and were given a room just next to each other. Breakfast was great and good value at the Edelweiss Restaurant

This hotel has very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, at very reasonable rates. The hotel personnel is very helpful and service quality is as good as you can expect in Japan (customer satisfaction oriented). The hotel is connected with other hotels from the same chain in the same complex and this increases the options for on site restaurants and bars. If you are in the mood for a quick snack, there is a 7 Eleven shop inside the hotel premises, which I found very convenient.
The location of this hotel is great, as Shinagawa Station is reachable by foot and in case of bad weather, the hotel has a shuttle to the station every half an hour. Access to and from Narita and Haneda airports is convenient by airport limousine, just make sure that you book your ride in advance. During my stay, there was only one negative aspect: breakfast at the Marmolada Restaurant. The variety of the buffet is poor and the taste is anything but unforgettable. The quality is simply not at the same level of the hotel.

I certainly recommend this hotel. You get great value for your money and the location is excellent to move around Tokyo

Room Tip: Ask for higher floors, to enjoy the area view from the balcony

This hotel strikes an almost perfect balance between price, quality and convenience in Tokyo. From check in to check out it was great! The bathrooms are a cool blend of western plumbing and Japanese ingenuity. The heated toilet seat bidet combo made me laugh at first but was sure missed when down the road. I experienced never ending hot water and a great shower head in a spacious tub were a rarel treat in Tokyo. The in room elements are excellent! The kettle fast, quiet and clean. The TVs clarity was outstanding. Comfortable sheets and pillows on a super firm mattress. Internet speeds were fast enough to support voice aps. No faults found. Check in and out was a respectful, quick Japanese style experience. The lobby is often busy yet never felt crowded and offered plenty of space. Its only a short walk to the trains and a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo to its peaceful tranquil rooms,
