Massive hotel with large, vibrant and impressive reception lobby. Easy check in and upgraded to a club room with access to club lounge. Highly recommend doing this, we paid an extra £40 per night for both of us and this included free cocktails and canapes from 5pm until 8pm every night and a decent breakfast in the morning. As prices for alcohol in Japan (and everything else!) are expensive, having 3 hours of champagne and nibbles between 2 of us every night seemed like a bargain for £40!! Plus we got a a gorgeous room with an amazing view of Tokyo.

Enough of the alcohol...the location is fine, a bit of a trek over to the west of Tokyo which is probably a more vibrant area but this area was more in the business centre and felt really safe, very smart and clean. About a 10 minute walk away was Akasaka (?) district which has loads of restaurants (mainly Japanese but some European and Asian) and a couple of good bars. Its quite a vibrant area in the evening.

I would recommend this hotel, it might seem quite business like and smart for tourists but it was a lovely start to our honeymoon. There is also a roof top pool and a fitness centre - we didn't try either but they looked good.

Ideally located, access to Roppongi Hills and Shibuya a quick cab ride away. The hotel itself is nice, but located near a busy highway - can be an advantage if you need to get somewhere quick although it hinders the view a bit from the hotel rooms. World class dining/chef if that's of any interest.

Stayed in a club level room so service was excellent and the staff was extremely attentive to my needs. Had to use the hotel's laundry service to clean and press a few dress shirts. Made a phone call to the concierge desk and the butler was at my door in less than 3 mins. Shirts were returned as promised and in excellent condition.

Free wired internet in the room and free wireless in the club lounge.

The airport limousine bus takes you directly to and from Narita Airport with a bus stop right in the lobby of the hotel.

Would definitely return to the hotel!

Thank you .
Very quiet and classy hotel. The location, and subway station just can't be beat. Very quiet rooms, many with fantastic views.
Lots of restaurants of all types and price range are close by. We highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, very central Tokyo, near Roppongi. I have stayed here before Intercontinental bought the ANA Hotels group. Seemed to me that it used to be better (nicer) service when it was still run by ANA Hotels. Still a very decent hotel, very comfortable beds, good internet connection, and the area is great. It is practically in the center of Tokyo, with a very good japanese and french restaurant. There also is a building right next door with a Starbucks and some small restaurants. Roppongi is just a few minutes away on foot with a great deal of entertainment. A wonderful concert hall is also just next to the hotel with interesting concerts almost every day. I would stay here again.

Have stayed at this hotel many times and love it. Around Christmas its just superb. Has the feel of a quiet business oriented hotel or a fun cool place depending on your need or mood.

A number of great bars and bar staff with proper bar skills...And they remember your name.

Restaurants are also excellent, including a great sushi place, but be warned the sushi place does not allow you to charge to your room.

Great breakfast offering really good Japanese and western choices.

Newly relocated and vastly improved club lounge is one of the best I've been to, perhaps even better than the Ritz Carlton in Bahrain.

The rooms are big enough, though not especially errr....roomy. But they are nicely done. Roomservice menu is a real shocker - really poor choices. Can't vouch for the quality never been tempted.

This place is a gem. The staff are superb and will do anything for you, but more than anything its just got a nice atmosphere and feel about it.

Large comfortable rooms, very clean and nicely fitted out, with all the usual room amenities and toiletries. Internet is decently fast in the room. Room service food quality is average and poor value. I ordered a tonkatsu don and it didn't taste nearly as good as the average Japanese takeaway lunchbox. Staff is very attentive and polite.

I did not try the restaurants at the hotel so cannot comment on that.

Shuttle bus from Narita door-to-door is very convenient if you are like me who don't like dragging luggage around the subway on your own. The closest subway station has elevator going up to the subway exit so that's a plus even if you decide to take the subway/rail to/from airport.

If you want to use this as a place for shopping around Tokyo, think again. By the end of the day when you are carrying handful of bags, it's tough walking 15min underground in the subway tunnels before getting back to hotel.

There are a few convenience shops and one or two cafes within 10 min walk from the hotel. There is otherwise not much around the hotel other than commercial buildings. Not much choice of food within the hotel area.

Felt reasonably safe at night on my own within 5 minute radius of hotel and to/from subway station. It looked a bit too quiet to wander any further for single females.
