I have stayed att InterContinental in other citys around the work and this is the one i did not like. No free wi-fi. It is not included in the price and that feels so anncient! What high class hotel does not include free wi-fi!
The room was not perfectly cleand and we had to inform the hotel.
The location is great but you can probably find better hotels around the area in Tokyo.

I stayed at the ANA Intercontinental while traveling on business to Japan in September. Having never been to Japan and not knowing the language, I found this hotel to be the perfect place from which to base my stay.

Located next to a subway entrance, this property was very convenient and allowed for easy access to the many trains that crisscross Tokyo. Getting to my meetings was never a problem. There are a few convenience stores and restaurants close by and it is also within walking distance of the Roppongi district.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. The food was excellent and the variety allowed me to try many different types of cuisines, including traditional American and Japanese foods. We also enjoyed a traditional tea during the afternoon hours.

The staff was wonderful and could not have been more accommodating. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism really showed. I was placed in a room with an odor that was bothersome to me. While I waited for my new room to be available, they offered a complimentary entry into the Club Lounge on the 35th floor. They were also very helpful in giving advice as to where to explore and how to navigate the subway when I had the opportunity.

I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning there in the future.

From arrival to departure the ANA Intercon Tokyo was a wonderful experience.

The staff was professional and went above an beyond.

Room clean and well appointed.

Centrally located.

Try Mixx Bar and Lounge on the 36th floor. Well worth it.

Definitely a great choice when staying in downtown Tokyo.

This is the best hotel I stayed in while in Japan. Location is fantastic, right next to the metro station in the business district. Best part of the hotel was the personal ramen chef at breakfast where you can choose exactly what you want in the soup. Rooms are typically compact however clean and nice. Internet is expensive so try to have it included with your room.

Have stayed here at least ten times and it is like "coming home"...truly wonderful. Esp when one is in Tokyo for business. Comfy beds. They really go the extra mile to make a stay albeit short or longer, an excellent experience. Personally, the best hotel in which I have stayed during my trips to Tokyo.

Room Tip: Business rooms 32nd floor and higher...plus an end of a corridor room. More light!

i think it is my 2nd stay at this hotel. Last was with family in March this year.

This time round, came with 5 other friends, booked 3 rooms.

I arrived on a red eye from Singapore on 18 Dec, touched down just after 5am, reached the hotel by 6am, registered and was told the room would be ready by 7am. Not bad for a Tokyo hotel. Went out for breakfast with a friend in another hotel, back by 9am and checked in.

Not the newest rooms, but well maintained. spacious room. Bathroom a tad small, shower over bath, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser very functional, though not the most presentable for a 5 star hotel, but served its purpose well. Hot water works very well. Bathroom floor not heated, unlike The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo.

Beds were comfortable, pillows a bit too flat for my liking though. AC control in room functioned well.

Late check out given free at 2pm if sign up at Loyalty club member, 30% charge for 3pm check out and 50% for 6pm check out.

I like the location, nearest subway station is Tameike-Sanno on Ginza line, Exit 13, which is 3 mins walk from hotel, there is still a 5-7 mins walk from exit to train platform. Ginza line brings you to Asakusa Temple and Ueno Park on one end and Omotesando and Shibuya on the other. One stop away at Akasaka-Mitsuke one can change to Marunouchi line to Shinjuku.

ARK Hills next to hotel has some good restaurants and a Starbucks for coffee. it is also within walking distance (15 mins) to Roppongi Hills (Grand Hyatt) and Tokyo Midtown (The Ritz-Carlton).

Will be back, if rates are good. As it is a relatively large hotel, do not expect personalized service. But the concierge gave great advices, assisted in restaurant reservations and are friendly.

Whenever I am in Tokyo I stay at the ANA Interconti. I like the rooms, the view is not extraordinary, but great. This time I was upgraded to a conner room with a fantastic bathroom. The lobby is great for tea and some sweets. In walking distance you find good restaurant for all budgets. The TEPANJAKI in the Hotel is absolutely fantastic, just close your eyes when you get the bill ;-). We had a marvelous chef preparing our seafood and beef as ordered.
From the Hotel the next subway station is the Ginza line witch brings you to many spots of tokyo, including business district.
I am looking forward to stay again at this hotel.
