Huge room with a king size bed and clean bathrooms. Though I felt that Wifi is charged at exceptionally hefty price. Breakfast was good. They have a limo bus service from the airport and vice versa, which is extremely convenient. Couple of stations for you to get around too.

This hotel is located 10 minutes walk from Roppongi station, and 5 minutes walk from Roppongi Itchome. There are a few other stations around, Akasaka and Tameike-sanno but we never needed them :) It's great to be close to several stations, different metro lines are run by different companies so your ticket may not always take you to the right station. It's good to have a few to choose from that are near the hotel! We had a great first night in Roppongi and then it was just a short stumble back home for a great nights sleep.

The hotel itself was almost perfect. We had a good sized twin room for the two nights we were in Tokyo. We didn't try the restaurants or gym, but apparently they are of a good standard. We had access to free wi-fi which is a huge plus. They DID ask for 100 yen to print out two boarding passes, but 100 yen is nothing, so it was a minor (really minor) trifle. More just the principle of the thing...

All in all a beautiful hotel with really friendly staff. When we arrived we had been assigned a king room by mistake which they changed to a twin room for us, no hassle. On the last morning the staff let us stay another half an hour after normal checkout time with no extra charge which was really nice. The NORMAL check out time is noon, which is already pretty generous :)

I will definitely be staying there again and would recommend ANA Intercontinental to others traveling to Tokyo.

Nothing negative to comment on, not even a minor thing. Just stayed last week for 3 nights, which was probably my 15th time at this hotel in the past 4 years. Staff always available and friendly. Rooms great, and gym re-furbished since last time. I always arrive early morning, and even if the room is not available, you have access to the showers, changing rooms etc. Convienient location for Mid-Town Tower/ Roppongi area. Serviced by the friendly limo bus from the airports.

Folks I have to tell you that this is the property to stay if visiting Tokyo!

Where do I start. Okay, who about upon entering this property, every staff member sincerely greets you with a big smile and a cultural bow. It doesn’t stop there. The FD will provide you a warm towel from your long flight. Every part of this property is spectacular! The rates are reasonable compared to the Ritz. I truly enjoyed my stay there and will be back in October. Arigatō

The Limousine Bus from Narita to ANA took about 1 hour, the staff at the hotel welcomed us at arrival. Hassle-free, we were shown in and to the check-in counter.
In the waiting-line, counting 4 people, the staff was chatting with the guests in order to make them feel welcome - which is a pleasant surprise.
The room, situated on the 10th floor, featured nice air-condition, big window, and excellent bed.
Complimentary bottles of water were replenished every day during our stay, which counted 8 nights. The room showcased a water boiler and a truckload of teabags and coffee tasters to boot.
The bathroom, of older origin (imagine light brown tiles), boasted an array of neat amenities like toothbrush, paste, combs, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, Shiseido shampoo/Balsam et al.
The staff were helpful if we needed to find a place, ordering a table etc. The concierge recommended a ramen eatery in Shibuya, which was just awesome (thanks for the tip!).
We tried no less than 5 of the restaurants in the hotel. You're thinking why ? Well, after several hours of tubing, walking, stalking, shopping and stargazing, the body will no longer adapt to the shoes other than those wanting to go just a few meters to the nearest eatery. The ANA offers a wide variety for any palate. Sushi, beef (Wagyu), Michelin starred cuisine just to name a few (the latter of which the chef himself was visiting at the moment and shook hands with the guests - not bad !)
Location ? The ANA is located right by a three story freeway but the sounds did not affect our sleep (our room was pointed in that general direction).
The first few nights we did only encounter business men and women at this hotel. Generally speaking the neighborhood consists of office-buildings, coffee-shops, and the odd smoking-island for the most avid smoker.
The Metro is located just a few meters from the hotel, from there you have access to a host of different subway lines to and around the city.
A 10 minute walk will bring you to the hip Roppongi, with shops, eateries, bouncers and the general noise and feel of this huge city.
We were lucky enough to arrive during the start of autumn and the cherry blossom were starting - for each day that passed, the nearby trees burst with color, smell and delight.
Oh, the general state of the city (yes, we did go all over the place) is that it is by far the cleanest city I've been to yet.
And the people in general were the most helpful we've encountered thus far.
Thanks to ANA who made the whole trip generally an unforgettable experience.

Room Tip: The higher you go, the quieter it is.

I spend lots of time in Tokyo on business and always stay at the ANA InterContinental. The rooms are very nice and spacious for Japan and the hotel is located in a very nice and convenient location. The hotel is also regularly serviced by limo buses from Narita or Haneda. The staff is very attentive and professional and the restaurants are very good, especially the Chinese and Japanese restaurants.
