Fully occupied after 11:00am, so better to enjoy earlier. Don't waste your time to be in a queue just for a special tartine... In the cherry blossom blooming season, you can enjoy pink petals around you at the terrace area!

We love Le Pain Quotidien in NYC and it had most of our favorites here with a Japanese twist - fantastic salads and tartines. And you'll watch bakers wearing masks.

We love coming here on weekends - for breakfast or a light meal - and combine it with a visit to Zozoji temple, Tokyo Tower or Shibakoen. It is one of the few restaurants that open early for breakfast, which is a great way to beat the crowds at these favorite tourist spots. We rarely leave without also buying something from the bakery. Highly recommended!

After spending 2 weeks in Japan and a few nights in Tokyo, we stumbled across this bakery/restaurant. it was a pleasant change to the Japanese food. not that we don't like Japanese food. But this place offered a really nice menu for breakfast. we went there twice and were equally impressed both times. good coffee and great omlette. they also sell a basket of different types of bread to try. the quality of the staff and service made this cafe style restaurant a wonderful experience.

I was a bit disappointed with the ingredients, food, overall service of this restaurant. While some of the breads were good, the omlette ordered first time and then for the second time, tasted different. I think they should taste the same at a restaurant, made by trained profesional chefs, any time and every time you order an item.
Also, the tartines, my favorite in LA, was a HUGE disappointment.
It felt as though the staff were not quite ready and prepared to open a "Le Pain Quotidien." Because I'm still a fan, I'll visit again in a few months. I hope they will improve in quality by then.
