Located next ti Hamamatsucho station but it still maintains a serene and peaceful place.

I think this place is only popular for locals only because when I was here one morning in November, 2014, the place is filled with locals. I could see an officer having his lunch here and a few girls walking and many elders spend their time here like a picnic.

The garden, at the entrance, is small and humble but it's actually really huge once you walked inside.

There are koi, Japanese carp, and catfish living in the lake and some birds as well.

The train station nearby works really hard to bother this well-reserved place.

It's definitely one of the lung of Minato, Tokyo, Japan.

This place has made Tokyo grow in me a bit more.

The garden offers an opportunity to enjoy nature and is an easy walk from the Conrad. A morning of birdwatching was a nice change of pace from the urban wonders of Tokyo.

It was a delightful surprise to find this garden on our last day in Tokyo . This was one of the most beautiful garden I had visited while on my travels through Kochi, Kyoto and Tokyo! The garden is large and well maintained. It is surrounded by high rise buildings and train stations but you will find peace and tranquility as you walk the garden and enjoy its beauty.

I really enjoyed the scale of this garden. It is smaller than most in Tokyo but has a much more intimate feel to it. The grounds are very well maintained and every space is interesting in some way. If you are in the general area and looking for a bit of relaxation in your day stop by. Just a few minutes walk from the JR Hamamatsucho station.
