This restaurant has an extensive menu and has the Singaporean favourites of Chilli Crab and Pepper Crab.

I was in a party of six and we ordered a wide range of dishes including the crab. All of the food was very nice and tasty, but I have to agree with earlier reviews, it's not very authentic, it is just good food.

I am not an expert on prices in Tokyo, but to me, a poor lad from England, I though the crab was very expensive. We had dinner for 6 and with a few beers, 2 crabs and a "kind of" lobster. With lots of side dishes, the bill was in excess of $500 USD.

No problems with the service, every time my beer glass was empty, a new Tiger beer would arrive. Also the atmosphere was good and it was clear that most people were having a good time wrestling with the crabs, always good fun cracking open a chili crab.

I would recommend, but don’t be fooled, this is not authentic Singaporean restaurant, the Singapore noodles more than proved the point, nothing like the noodles in Singapore.

This is a bright modern resturant, just outside Shinagowa station. Food was great, the noodles excellent and the crab was good. Service fast. I like it.

They claim to have the best crabs but I beg to disagree ! Just eat Japanese food while in Japan and you will not regret it.

The building is what initially stands out; colonial style set apart from the towers, opposite Shinagawa station, so convenient location. At first the interior looks 'authentic'; wood floors, white walls, but further inside it is a bit pink. The food, as another reviewer said, resembles Singaporean food, but honestly, it is a far cry from even the food courts in Singapore, let alone the chilli crab colonial-style houses that can be found. And it is quite expensive (as usual, lunch sets are good value). For Japanese who have never been to Singapore, they can believe that this place is authentic, but for those who know Singapore this is not exactly a travesty, just a rather poor copy.

Not as authentic as I has hoped and servive was (compared to the usual Japanese stereotyped service) slow and orders got confused.

Would only return when desperately craving somewhat Singaporean tasting cuisine or for convenience (regarding location).
