Another of my favourites. This place offers modern French with some Japanese twists. More masculine than feminine, I think, and serving is generous. What makes this place unique is that they try to offer you something you haven't had -- not all the tables are given the same menu. The downside is that if you had something wonderful, when you return, the chance of having the same dish again is rather slim. Offal is often on the menu, which is becoming rare in Tokyo, and seafood is good too. Difficult to get a table so plan early.
