We were suggested to this restaurant by the concierge at the Grand Hyatt hotel and were not disappointed. The restaurant looks stunning, from the street view to the bar as you enter to the dining room downstairs.
The reason to go is for the teppanyaki experience. The best way to navigate the set menu choices (you choose from three) is to choose the least expensive one and then upgrade certain elements like Kobe or chateaubriand for the steak course. You start with raw fish appetizers, then the teppanyaki courses start. The first of these were scallops and red snapper which were perfectly cooked (obviously in front of you). The meat courses were amazing.
I'm really happy with the overall experience including the amazing service!
