“You cant go wrong with Panic Teppanyaki”

The food is excellent and the price is even better. If you are looking for an overpriced meal in Roppongi go somewhere else. This is my go to place when I have family/friends/coworkers in to Tokyo. The food is great and the chef is Shacho, and will make any modifications or changes you like. The food is excellent and you still will have money left over for for orgys/hookers/blow or whatever you do in Roppongi after stuffing your gullet full of sizzling hot decadence suitable for a king.

“Great! ”

Hard to find but definitely worth a visit when in the neighborhood.

Look for the lantern outside saying "panic".

“Really?”
Reviewed June 22, 2014 via mobile

Went to Panic Teppanyaki for an early dinner as a family in April, on the strength of TA recommendations. Don't get me wrong: the staff were friendly and obliging, and the food was fine. But really? The #5 ranked restaurant of over 6,500 restaurants in Minato-ku? Not even remotely close.

“Laid Back Atmosphere & Great Food”
Reviewed June 21, 2014

After a long day's sightseeing from the Tsujiki Fish Markets to Ueno Park, we were up for a great meal, cold beer and relaxed atmosphere. We had visited some fantastic sushi bars and felt like something different. A friend had recommended Panic Teppanyaki in Minato (about 10 minutes SW of the fish market). Panic is downstairs, the environment is welcoming & cosy, the staff are friendly and attentive and the food is really great.
The shrimp & scallops were fabulous, served with crusty bread to mop up the generous garlic & basil garnish. The potato and spicy sausage were a magic match with the cold beers and the beef & capsicum (bell pepper), was tender and tasty. The chefs salad special was as crisp as his banter across the Teppanyaki bar. Big feed for 3 with beers ¥ 10600.

“Date night in Roppongi”
Reviewed May 31, 2014

Our first meal at Panic will certainly not be our last. The chef and owner, Kenta Kaneko, was welcoming and easy to speak with as we sat directly in front of him at the Teppanyaki cooking bar. We enjoyed the evening special of shrimp & scallops cooked in garlic and basil as well as delicious and refreshing salads featuring many fresh citrus tastes. Thanks to our friends' recommendations, we will now be regular patrons of Kaneko-san's steel grill creations and very personalized service.
