I found this to be a very good hotel. The room(semi double) was fine, but with two people would feel slightly cramped.Only issue I had,it could have had some drawers/shelving in which to store clothes. Also had to ask for extra hangers which were supplied straightaway.Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, fruit, cereals, scrambled egg, toast etc.Dined in Georgetown restaurant a few times with buffet menu and again could'nt find fault with food.
Some of hotel staff spoke little English, but would get a colleague who could, if making yourself understood was proving difficult.
All staff I dealt with were most helpful, and I would certainly stay again
If you require more choice of dining, then take the Yurikamome line a few stops to Aqua City where there is everything from European, American and Indian restaurants, only 10 minutes on train.
Chose hotel for proximity to business location.

Clean and comfortable with easy access to rail station.Run with a skeleton staff ;the front office managers virtually manage hotel so shortcomings plenty which are attended provided they can understand you. Many cafes around for meals would recommend hotel for the price and easy living if you are not too fussy.in a nutshell better than basic but lacks elegance.

You've got quite the hoof to this over priced convention center hotel. I'd like to find the good here but it's so bland. I would not could not say this is a great place unless your idea of fun is dining at Mc Donald's and attending convention centers. Transit to tokyo a big hoof without an easy or direct subway. Expensive to boot.

We left it late to book the last overnight stay of our trip to Japan. There were few twin rooms available in Tokyo at this time and we were left to book the Tokyo Bay. The hotel is next to the Big Sight Expo and this weekend it was clearly a feeder to the nearby Disney theme park, judging by the number of children. The hotel was fine. Its location is out into the port area so there is a journey to get to the main sights in Tokyo. The price seemed very high even for Tokyo standards - certainly it was not worth the money.

Stayed a night here while participating in the Tokyo marathon. Rooms are equipped for the business traveller. The room had a big bed, kettle, fridge and pants press. Love the check out which is involves just an automated machine. The staffs were very good and I was able to get a day room after the run to shower and rest before flight home.

The only thing that can be improved here is the wifi. There is only 30 min per day free wifi in the lobby area. The instructions are in Japanese so had to get help from hotel reception. Though it says per day, it’s actually free 30 min per 24 hours from log in.
