“Nice hotel with all facilities”
Reviewed November 11, 2013

I spent a week in Tokyo and I stayed at this hotel for the whole duration. I had a single room that cost me $100 per night on an average and I'd say that is a very decent price for the quality that this hotel provided. The people at the reception were always friendly and helpful, the room was of adequate size and comfortable, the breakfast spread was huge and wholesome. On top of that, there's a 24-hour convenience store in the hotel that can be extremely handy, plus there's a restaurant and a bar in the hotel itself (both of which are a bit more expensive than if you eat outside, but that's expected). There's also a business center where I believe one could take printouts, send mail, and the like. There is no swimming pool or fitness center. The airport limousine bus service can drop and pick you up right at the hotel and the one-way trip costs only 600 Yen for the Haneda airport (I don't know the price for Narita).

The hotel was very clean and the room had a mini fridge, a trouser press, a kettle, and the toiletries included a hair brush, a toothbrush, earbuds, and a razor apart from the other usual things. There is no microwave though. They even provided a sleeping gown and a quality pair of slippers for use within the hotel. The hotel is located very close to the Big Sight, and the Kokusai-tenjijo-seimon and the Kokusai-tenjijo train stations are very close too, making traveling to other parts of Tokyo very simple. There are many restaurants, cafes, and fast food places nearby too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The hotel is rather standard, with very small room (it seems not small wrt the Tokyo average but I do not have direct experience) and low/average furniture. Beyond the "wow" Japanese toilet, even the shower cable was not appropriate.
Reach the main places in Tokyo needs 30 minutes only to start your visit, since the metro closes at 23.30 it means that you should consider a taxi to return to the hotel.
Wi-fi internet is ok.
Breakfast is ok.
The fridge in the room is very small and empty.
There is a hot-water machine with two teas available.
It seems that it is common in Japan but, even if you arrive at 14.45 and the hotel is empty, they will make you wait until 15.00. This could be annoying when coming from more than 16 hours of travel.

The twin room was bigger than what we had experienced elsewhere in Tokyo. The breakfast and service was average, nothing special to write about here other than the convenient location to the Big Sight. As a tourist I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you have something on at the Big Sight - even then, one night is ample.

Room Tip: Ask for a twin room as they appear to be bigger.

The amenities were good. Pub on first floor. Convenience store on second. Extremely helpful and professional staff, which is reflective of Japanese service as a whole. The breakfast was awful. The restaurant was better. Not a place you'd want to stay at unless it is the location you require (close to Tokyo Big Sight) and I would still shop for other options.

Location: Suitable for visit to Big Sight.
Room: Small but comfortable
WiFi: Free and good strength
Breakfast: Nice, quite healthy and adequate buffet.
Restaurants: Nearby plenty of places to eat. Including a food court in a nearby mall (defunct) that also has a 100 Yen shop, walking towards big sight.
Provisions: 7-Eleven store just inside across building; Vending machine on floors and Free Ice vending machine.

Rooms too small not worth the charges. You have to drag your bag to your room. Close by Henada airport and convenient if you are walking to Tokyo big sight otherwise the service is very poor. You drop from your car and nobody will even bother to ask if you are checking in. You don't even get a bottle of water free

All the basics, good location in Odaiba. No workout/exercise facility. 24 hour convenience store onsite. 2 restaurants on location. A clean, efficient place to stay at. Nothing fancy and minimal, decent service.
