Unizo hotel was clean but they had no service minded personal! We needed help with booking for a tour bus and they were 6 persons free in the reception, they told us to go up to our room and call ourself. We needed a taxi to the airport, they could not call one.

We stayed in this hotel only for one night. The room was clean and large. The bathroom is very good clean hot water .
The location is not too far from Tokyo station (10 minutes walk) very close to everything in ginza, but yet not too noisy.
We recommend this hotel for short stay in Tokyo

The location of the hotel is superb. Walking distance to Ginza pedestrian mall over the weekends.
Everything is within walking distance. A good place to explore Tokyo. Subway is also close by.. 10 minutes walking. Breakfast is served on a bento style offering with selection of some western and Japanese items.

Very small rooms but with all amenities needed. Clean and comfortable beds.
Tried asking for extra pillows but front desk staffs just say a plain NO. Management could have given them more empowerment to make decisions as such. Breakfast at reasonable price but quite limited selections.

This is a new hotel located in Ginza and its only a few minutes walk from the train station so its handy if you want to get the train to and from the airport to save on cost as Taxis are expensive from the airport.

The hotel is clean modern and its a little hard to notice as you walk around looking for it, but its not hard to find. The staff hardly speak any English which is poor and the TV in the rooms is all in Japanese which is also poor.

The rooms are clean but small and you cant even walk passed the end of the bed to the other side of the bed as its so close to the wall. Its about 1 hand length from the end of the bed to the wall.

The bathrooms are clean but again are small and only have the shower tub combination which I think are dangerous, but they are clean and the water pressure is reasonably good.

The staff are very inflexible and even if your room is ready they wont check you in early without paying exorbitant high prices for each extra hour early that you check in which I find to be money gouging and very poor for the customer experience.

The beds are very firm which is quite common throughout Asia. In the room there is a safe and a jug, and selection of bathroom amenities. There are also slippers and pajamas provided.

The rooms are clean & small and the decor is modern and there is ducted air-conditioning and there was a small window which looked out on to the side of some buildings with no view.

There is a small bar fridge which barely keeps anything cool and was totally inadequate and would be totally useless as a fridge in warmer weather. I thought this was very poor.

There's ample lighting in the rooms and the bedside lights have dimmers
