Hotel is located in a quiet street and it's less than a minute walk to Kyobashi metro station. Rooms are small and clean. Reception staff speaks good English. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. There are some nice decent restaurants nearby hotel.

This is the best of a number of these types of hotels I've stayed in. Small rooms but clean and modern. Great location for access to Tokyo station (ten minutes WALK) and metro (two minutes). Coffee shops nearby if you don't fancy the in house breakfast.

Reception staff v helpful and even made a couple of calls for me in Japanese.

Quiet location, decent room, needs vacuuming

This hotel has a good location, about 5-10 minute walk to the Tokyo train station and very close to the Ginza shopping area. A little hard to find, since it is down a small side street and not located on the main road. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful with local area information or maps, but speak limited English. Room itself was average size, but comfortable enough for several nights stay. I liked that there is a little bit of extra room at the end of the bed for putting your luggage (see photos). The desk area was neatly organized and much less cluttered than other hotels that I have been to in Japan. The pillow is a very thin (about 10cms thick) foam type, which was a little flatter than I would have liked (see photos). My biggest complaint was that it seemed like the carpet in my room and the carpet in the hall never seemed to have been vacuumed. You could see all the little fuzzies and dirt that I brought in from the street. If they could fix this one thing, they would really have a nice place.

Great location near the shops of Ginza. The rooms are tiny by western standards. I travelled alone - but if with someone - one would have to stay in bed while the other got dressed. I woudl also suggest you travel light as there is little hanging space, no drawers and the suitcase will be in the hall. Having said that, this is standard in Tokyo and as such the hotel offers good value for money. There is a small restaurant on the ground floor - they don;t really speak English and breakfast is a decidely Japanese affair. This is lovely if that's what you're after - rice, miso, smoked fish, pickled vegetables - but if looking for cereal and / or bacon and eggs - you'll have to look elsewhere. There is a grat plasma TV in the room. All the free channels are only in Japanese. You can buy a pay tv card to watch movies but there is no CNN or BBC. Best to rely on your i-pad for those jet lag hours in the middle of the night. It's clean and tidy and the staff are super helpful. A good place to stay - for a short trip.

Room Tip: Rooms are tiny - pack light.

Excellent location next to the popular streets of Ginza. It is quite a walk to go to the central Tokyo station but is easily reachable via metro (Go to Kyobashi metro station (1min walk from hotel), take the Ginza line to Ginza, hop off then take the Marunouchi line to Tokyo). Rooms are small but comfortable. The hotel staff speak some english but it was relatively difficult to communicate in the hotel restaurant as the menu was in japanese and their english was quite poor. Overall, enjoyed our experience there and would definitely recommend the hotel if you are staying in Tokyo for a few days!
