There is sushi, and than there is Yoshitake's sushi. After eating enough great sushi, you can get a little jaded, but Yoshitake manages to surprise, again and again. His steamed abalone with abalone liver sauce is worth dying for! And than the Aji... lightly marinated, cut perfectly... it just melts in your mouth...again death worthy. His unago is soft as silk and creamy as can be. I could go on and on, suffice to say, this is more than just sushi. This is 3 Michelin star omg you can kill me now sushi.
