This hotel’s staff disgust me. We checked in and were given a smoking room, though when booking, specifically requested a non-smoking room as we had a kid. When we called the staff to ask them to change rooms, they told us that there were no more room and to leave and find another hotel. This is unacceptable behavior from the manager.

We stayed one night here, it is a lovely hotel located in Ginza area. The hotel room has a great view over the city, more it is clean and relatively bigger than others. The bar and restaurant areas are beautiful. The breakfast is great.

Excellent hotel in a great location with wonderful views. Staff very friendly, but as previously noted, not very knowledgeable about the area. Unexpectedly large room, extremely clean and comfortable, nice bar and breakfast area.

The hotel offers rooms with stunning views of the Tokyo Skyline. Great location. Friendly staff though not very knowledgeable about the local area. Clean rooms with decent size according to Tokyo standards. Breakfast is served in a tray and not a normal buffet like most hotels. They offer either continental or japanese breakfasts. Booth the breakfasts are very filling so not having a buffet is not a problem. Decent value for money.

The room itself was large and well furnished with a fantastic view but unfortunately the stench of smoke in the room was overpowering and almost unbearable. A request for a non smoking room was denied due to the hotel being fully booked. A humidifier was offered but when the smoke has permeated deep into the furnishings there is no relief. Yuck.
