“Quiet and great location”
Reviewed May 20, 2013

Close to the fish market and the Ginza, but far enough away to avoid all the noise. Very cute street with small restaurants and a French style bakery next door. The hotel and rooms are clean and seem quite new, but the room is the smallest I've had in Tokyo and other parts of Japan. I've grown accustomed to small rooms in Japan, but this was dorm room-esque to the max. For one person fine, but two people in this room was barely manageable. Something to keep in mind...but the location was so good I would stay here again.

Room Tip: Get the bigger room if you have two people if that sort of thing is available...

All double-bed or single-bed rooms in Tokyo are going to be small especially for around 10,000 yen. That said, I really liked the room, because the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom had pretty new furnishings, and the room came with internet connection, both cable and Wi-Fi. Most hotels I've stayed, have the internet connection by cable, but this hotel also had Wi-Fi in the room by just entering the passcode provided on the hotel TV channel. The bandwidth was outstanding, so I could easily use my iPad and iPhone for the entire night. Great location in central Tokyo and to visit Tokyo Big Sight. The subway is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, but will get you to Tokyo Big Sight in about 20 minutes and to Tokyo Disneyland in another 15 minutes. Lastly, if you like sushi or wish to try it, the nearby sushi restaurants are just fabulous. There's quite a number of sushi restaurants there, so if the first one you see is full, continue on and you will find another. Obviously, the great sushi comes from the seafood sold at the famous Tsukiji Fish Market, which unfortunately doesn't allow tourists to walk through the auction area early in the morning like they use to. I highly recommend this hotel if it fits your needs.

This hotel seemed nice on the internet, but the rooms were tiny, the bed was a disaster and the standard of cleanliness was low. Such a disappointment after staying in so many beautifully clean hotels all over Japan. Unfortunately, we were unable to get out of our booking. A disappointing last hotel stay after a wonderful trip around Japan.

Stayed here April 27-30, 2 adults, right before golden week. Arrived at Narita airport and bought keisei skyliner tickets at the airport. Take it to Ueno station and from there you can take the metro Hibiya line to station H10. Very easy to find. Take exit one, walk up the stairs or take elevator and exit right. Great location!! Beside a bakery and across the street from a 7-11. Rooms are small but if you've been on a cruise you won't have any problems. Space is maximized, so there is no closet in the room. About a 6 min walk to Tsukiji Fish Market. And 7 min walk to the metro Tsukiji Station. Quiet area, easy to navigate. Hotel staff are friendly. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Japan!

I found a single room available in this hotel whilst other business hotels I was initially looking to book were all full. The room was small but was comfortable. The Japanese breakfast, included, was good although if you have to courage to get up very early it will be worth a short walk to Tsukiji market and enjoy some of the best sushis in the world. If you prefer sushis for dinner, there are a few Sushi Zanmai open 24/7 nearby.

I paid $118 for a room in this hotel. The rooms are so small, that you can't fit anything in there, not even your lauggage. there isn't even a wardrobe or colset to store anything that you might have brought with you. the bed is very unconfortable. it was way too hot in the room and the AC didn't really worked. for what you get, not worth the money,

Room Tip: be sure to verify room and bed size.

This hotel is located fairly close to a few subway stations for easy access throughout Tokyo. The cubicles, I mean rooms, are very small but extremely efficient. At least two of the rooms on the fourth floor had a gorgeous view of a wall, but if your on business who cares. The beds are soft, the rooms and bathrooms are extremely clean except for a little dust around vented areas up high. If you are an American you will find the rooms smaller than you ever experienced. All TV channels and literature are in Japanese. My large luggage had enough room to lie flat and open at the end of the bed, but hanging clothes is very limited.

The price for this was the least expensive found around Tokyo that seemed decent over the internet. You can include breakfast, but it is Japanese only and opted out. I tried it one day and didn't eat and Americans may not appreciate the food. My colleague and I usually dined across the street at the 7/11, which I have never been to one ever before this trip and I will say it was convenient, saved me from starvation and took credit cards (It is very difficult to find establishments to take credit cards in Japan, bring cash).

I stayed in Chinese hotels that were larger and more expensive, but not nearly as clean. I would pick this hotel every time. It would be nice if the Chinese would adopt the cleanliness standards of the Japanese. This is a perfect hotel if you in on business for a few days.

Room Tip: I am not sure if you go to a higher floor if you see anything. Windows only open about six inches.
