A beautiful meal from start to finish. This was our final (& best) meal after a gastronomic trip through Hong Kong & Tokyo.
Very small restaurant (40 seats) & high staff/ guest ratio. The ambience is slightly art deco, located in the Shiseido building in Ginza.
Service from all staff, led by excellent Maitre D Lionel Lavernhe was outstanding.
The food was interesting, full of flavour & presented to the highest standards. Chef Bruno Menard does a fantastic job integrating small Japonese influences into his mainly classic french menu. . Save room for a flavour explosion after the main courses, when the desert selection has to be seen to be believed.
Clientel is apparently mainly local, but we'd suggest that Bruno's food is the equal or better than many of the 3 star Michelin restaurants we've eaten at in France, UK & Italy.
Worth making an early reservation & get in before the restaurant closes for a year for a rebuild. We can't wait to revisit.
