My wife and I chose to have an early dinner here at 6pm. I have been eating sushi and sashimi in the USA in the east coast and in CA in the west coast and simply nothing comes close to the quality, attention to detail, and service of Chef Kanesaka. We were served by him, and the first thing you notice is that he's so young... but he follows through despite this. We opted for the 30,000 per head which included whatever drink we wanted in this case sake. Kanesaka masterfully orchestrated the entire meal watching carefully or pace of eating and serving everything just in time and at the perfect temperature. This is the one we will go back to again and again for many years to come.
