“Modern and Perfectly Located”
Reviewed October 5, 2013

Fantastic hotel only a couple of minutes from Tokyo Station (good instructions for getting from the station to hotel are on the Hotel web site).

We stayed in room 1412. A double room located at the end of a corridor. The room map on the back of the door showed this room was a little larger than a number of others on the floor.

Pros:
Modern Room
VERY Clean - including the bathroom
Quiet
Coin Laundry on a number of floors
Location was excellent, also close to a number of subway lines

Cons:
None of any note.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 1412. A double room located at the end of a corridor. The room map on the back o...

Modern hotel just a few minutes walk from Tokyo station and a metro station. Really good value for money for a central hotel in Tokyo. Rooms were just about big enough and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Great hotel!

Very good hotel only two minutes walk from Tokyo station. The rooms were small, but perfect for one person, and it had all facilities I needed. The breakfast was traditional Japanese and very good, and the view from the restaurant was excellent.

Even the single room, bed width is queen size (140cm) it is enough large for 2 person.
And our breakfast is japanese buffet style but we have some cereal and bread.
So many foreign guests enjoy meal with chopsticks!

Once again, thank you very much for visiting us and encourage us with your kind comment.
We hope to see you again on your next trip to Tokyo.

Japanese hospitality at its maximum expression. Helpful and friendly staff. My room was very small (even compared to Tokio's standards) but even so I did not missed any of the usual amenities. Excellent location and communication, a lot of restaurants close to the hotel.

We staying in one of the new korus rooms (after a terrible night in the semi double room of 17 sq m)
Overall a much larger room which had most of the things we needed. However the room had some significant drawbacks which after significant investment were a disappointment.
Firstly the bed which as a small 4'6" double was woefully small as a king or even a queen would have been appropriate for a room costing over £150 a night.
Secondly the television offered 4 channels of european tv including BBC World. Sadly when we tried it was offering a pre defined audio track of jazz and no explanation of the lack of other language channels which if working would have made the world of difference for non japanese speakers.
The lighting and audio system were billed as a new way of experiencing sleep and relaxation. Connecting my iphone to the system would only produce audible sound at maximum volume and this was poor quality and distorted. The lighting which I'd hoped would be all LED was a mixture of this and CFL low energy bulbs incapable of dimming or providing the relaxing evening atmosphere promised.
The highlight (bemusingly the expensive item) is the toilet which auto flushes and produces every trick from a sliver remote control. Some english language help would avoid embarrasing flushes and water works. Overall the bathroom was good however a cheap shower wall material still makes it feel like a pre built installed system. Some tiles or real stone would make a world of difference here.
So apart from location we wouldn't recommend this hotel. A shame as it gets so much of the little things wrong but tries so hard in other ways.

Staff great! Extremely helpful at all times! Perfect location, 5 minutes from JR station, 5 minutes to subway! Felt very safe at all times. 5 stars !! There are plenty of places to eat around hotel and at the JR station. The department store at the JR station has a wide variety of food. If you dont's like local there is an excellent Mcdonald's in the station.
