Small room (but ok in Japan standard), clean, free breakfast though not many choice.
I can speak Japanese but the staff insist on speaking English to me, and in fact his English is really good.
As I was travelling alone the room size does not bother me, but may be too small for two people.
Wifi only on the first floor, so be prepared to bring your advice and use there
Comfortable bed.

Perfect location with TCAT and metro station near by (just 2 mins by walking)
Not crowded district like shinjuku, but supermarket and convenience store is within walking distance.
Free Shuttle bus service from Tokyo station available on some days. Check with the staff if you cant read Japanese. I enjoyed one ride but it seems that not many people know about it as I was the only passenger on the bus.

We stayed 2 nights here and found it very well appointed, breakfast included in the very reasonable tariff. There are laundry facilities available as well and lots of dining options nearby. Easy access to the TCAT and Metro.

Recently stayed at this hotel as part of my first trip to Tokyo. The hotel is in an excellent location near the TCAT and the metro making travel very easy. As expected the rooms are small but well appointed with everything required except wifi in the room. There is wifi in the reception/breakfast area but it would be much nicer if it was available in the room (marked down a point because of this). Otherwise, a pleasant place to stay with a really excellent location. Also good value for money.

Excellent location near to TCAT (walk on road level) and Suitengumae Station (2 mins walk), and Kayabacho Station (15mins walk). 7-11 & Lawson were also within 1-2 mins walk, Family Mart about 5-10mins.

Wifi reception was excellent although had problems with log in the first 2 nights. You had to make sure you manually change your iphone/ipad wifi configuration. We could even get strong wifi signal on Level 3 provided you open your room door.

Surprisingly, a full range of amenities were provided except no body lotion (refer to earlier reviews). Bed & yukata were comfy, rooms pretty cosy for 2 persons & super clean. Pls avoid big luggages as there is hardly space to walk or hang clothes. Although hotel was fully booked, we could hardly hear any noise from inside our room at night or early mornings.

Breakfast was simple with few selections, ie coffee/tea/milk/juice, soup, salad, eggs, bread, jams & 1 sausage/meat patty. But seats were really lacking, most mornings were full & you can expect to share tables with other hotel guests.

Staff were polite & could speak basic English. Uga & Ito were especially helpful with directions & recommendations.

Great value for money!

This hotel is fine, as reflected in the mostly positive reviews. But be sure you go to the right one! They have a lot of locations, and the "Nihonbashi site" is not enough to identify it, as I learned much to my regret. I feel like such an idiot too, traipsing across that area of town, because it is close to the subway station they recommend.
