What is a hotel room for really?! Sleep - so the bed is important. But really, a bathroom is what can make a hotel stay. This was not your usual minuscule "unit" bath, but an experience. First the door to the bath hide the treasure by being a black sliding door. But what a treasure! The glass door to the bath, the two!!! shower heads, a separate long bathtub, a convinient shelf by the taps, and the best a window that can be cleared to see the view of the city as you bathe. Heaven!

This hotel is located on the 16th floor of a tall office building. Special elevator takes you to the 16th floor lobby. Then you use special hotel elevator to the guest rooms above the 17th floor.
View is spectacular from every room. We selected this hotel because Airport Limousine Bus stops here. Only two blocks away from Ginza main street, Shinbashi Train Station, 10 minute walk to Yuraku cho station. Very famous Japanese discount store called Don Quihote is across the street. Clean supermarket is only a block away. This hotel security is the best and I think this will be a great hotel for a single traveler as well. Room is equipped with mini refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, room humidifier. Flat screen TV is on the wall. Room is very small but Bathroom is larger than normal Japanese hotel. Separate large shower space and bathtub.

As a young couple traveling through all of Japan for 19 days, we decided to treat ourselves to a nice hotel in the last couple of days in Tokyo. In true honesty, we booked the room probably one month in advance so we had completely forgot what we were in for. The hotel is located on a commercial building, from the 16th floor up, and it's as amazing as it sounds. The hotel is modern, clean, quiet and the views from the lobby, restaurant and room are out of this world. The rooms are small, but not Tokyo small, very comfortable and impeccably clean. Ginza is amazing at night: lots of restaurants and small businesses are open until late at night, some of them 24/7. The staff was just ok when checking in, but very attentive and nice while booking the limousine bus to the airport. Not cheap, but an incredible experience of Tokyo.

Room Tip: All rooms should have beautiful views since the hotel is located up and above the average building h...

We picked this hotel for a family holiday thanks to positive reviews on tripadvisor. It turned out to be the right decision as we all had a fantastic experience. Location was ideal as it was close to the train station and a short walk to Ginza. Our room had beautiful views of the Tsukiji fish market and surrounds.
The room was small but it is to be expected in Tokyo. We were surprised that they were able to squeeze in a small bathtub in the bathroom. Every inch of space in the room was used creatively.
Staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us with directions and recommendations which made our daily travels a little easier.
A convenience store called Donk! across the road made it easy to get late night snacks and drinks. There are also many little take away places nearby to satisfy our cravings for ramen, gyoza and sushi.

I have travelled a fair bit in my life but I cannot think of another hotel which offers such a high level of service at this price. We paid a superior room (good, tastefully furnished, inevitably small) ca. 140 euro. In Europe you don't get a hotel like this with that kind of price. And they tell you that Tokyo is one of the most expensive places in the world! Maybe..but try to fnd something similar with this budget in London or Milan if you can...
The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area of Ginza, a good base to move around, right in the center of Tokyo and one of the main shoppping districts (although not my favourite area). There are a number of JR and underground stations within walking distance. The famous fish market is also nearby.
The hotel occupies the top floors (16th floor and up) of a tall building, which ensures amazing views of the city from the large glass wall of the rooms. It is classy, modern with all standard conforts and wifi available in the rooms. Based on my experience the service is impeccable and of excellent standards. Absolutely recommended. The hotel also offers a bus transfer to the Narita airport for 3000 yen per person, which is quite convenient.

Hotel and rooms are new, modern and clean. Staff is ok, not the super polite Japanese standard but not bad. Shower stall and bath tub is kind of separated but combined in one glass door entrance. They give you 2 frizzy bath tablets each day where you can do your own mini "onsen" in the bath tub. Bed is really comfortable. You have to walk a bit to JR. The closest thing is only Don.K! across the street, not much else. If you're not into buying branded, high-fashion stuff, maybe Ginza's shop is a bit on the high side. And if you're looking for a quieter side of Tokyo, this hotel is perfect. But if you're thinking of more like right in the middle of the city, people hanging out, shops everywhere, maybe Shinjuku or Shibuya area are better.

I chose this hotel based on reviews on Tripadvisor. I am not sorry I did, it lived upto my expectations in every way. It is wonderfully located, has great views and the rooms are comfortable and comparatively spacious. All details are thoughtfully looked after.
Fresh water bottles everyday, Multi charger in room , usb charger on bedside, Pant press, dehumidifier, tea service, etc, etc.
The room servicing is meticulous and of the highest standard.
In fact the overall impression was almost faultless. The only very minor observation was that the tv menu was difficult to manage in english and after much experimentation found how to find english dialogue on foreign channels.
A short walk from the Ginza and multiple food choices and a short hop to the tube/railway. Another boon is a direct service from Narita by bus, so is the huge store across the street.
