Location of the hotel was excellent. Very near Hatchobori train station. There is a shuttle bus that runs every morning to Tokyo Station.
Rooms were small but clean. Toilet space was very small. Hardly have space to move. Service was excellent. Their breakfast had a mixture of wrestern and their local delicacies. I stayed on a higher floor which was pretty quiet. Although the wait for the lift is long.
Supper every night was a bowl of ramen noodles. Yummy. It is mainly a business hotel. Very close to Disneyland which was excellent.
Their staff was all polite and have good service to the guest.
Onsen is very useful after a day in the cold weather. Helps in sleeping at night.
Room amenities was alright.
Overall it was a pleasant stay for 7 days.

Room Tip: High floor non smoking rooms

Absolutely my favorite! Rooms are beautifully designed to maximise the small space with shower, toilet and even a living room sink. Hot springs are clean and so good. Must try the outdoor one! Milky one is hotter than the regular one, so be careful!

Complimentary Ramen and laundry services! What's not to love.

But at the end i loved their small touches the most, from free hair ties for the onsen to chopsticks beside the microwave oven for all those kombini suppers with free water and coffee to even different colored toothbrushes to differentiate between owners (we had one white and one black - very rare that a hotel would think of that). Was a great great stay.

1st time in a Dormy Inn & been a while since we stayed in such a small room - but just 1 night on the return journey for us & wanted somewhere cheap & nearby central station. It was about 20 mins walk which was fine & easy to find. Nice location by the river. Although small - the room was clean, modern & practical. Good shower & wash basin, even a small kettle & fridge. The wi-fi worked though very slow. Breakfast is ok - though if you follow a crowd in everything can disappear quickly before they have chance to re-fill. Personally I would eat out nearby & maybe try the local ramen shops... Anyway - all fine with our stay here.

Found a hotel near Tokyo main station and found decently priced this hotel walking distance to Hatchobori station.
The hotel has onsen which you can soak evening and morning. It has also vending machines for iced and hot coffee and tea on reception floor as well as on ground floor restaurant (where you have breakfast).
The room provides a charging cable for mobile phones and tablets.
The panel next to bed has a reading light with dimmer (great for those like me who read before bedtime).
Food was decent - japanese, and also breads, cereals and even some dishes for children.
Would consider coming back again.

Stayed twice in April 2017, for 6 nights total. Good location. Short walk to Hatchobori subway station and a 7-11 type store. We don't speak Japanese but were able to communicate with staff. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Our room rate included breakfast. Mainly Japanese style (great selection!) with some American style (fried egg, boiled egg, toast, sausage, fruit, yogurt etc). The hotel has a real onsen - with hot spring water. Very clean and zen like. Included with room! In the evenings after 9pm, guests can go down to the breakfast area and the chef will make you a fresh hot bowl of ramen. For free! Very tasty and yummy. We partook every evening. Let's see. What else? Oh yes. Your room comes with a set of pajama clothes and house slippers for each guest to borrow. A tunic top and elastic waist pants. All loose and comfy and not see thru. You will see people wearing it to breakfast, at the onsen (especially), and in the evening eating ramen. My husband and I had a good laugh at each other's expense after putting them on but wore them all over the hotel cuz it was comfy. There were pay to use washers and dryers. We used them and they were clean and well tended. This hotel has so many good things about it. Here's one more. You can borrow bicycles. For free. And they are electric type bikes! If you get tired or come upon a hill, turn on the power! We had a blast biking all over. The only thing an American who is used to big spaces might not like is the room size. It is tiny. If you come with large suitcases you will b cramped. Our average rate was about $115 usd per night. Happy travels.
