“Best way to discover Tokyo”
Reviewed October 12, 2012

This tour was very well organized and is a prefect introduction to the city. We took the B route (Edo) and got to see the authentic Tokyo. The guides were very friendly, helpful and informative. The pace was very comfortable. You just have to be very aware of pedestrians as we sometimes had to ride on the sidewalk.
the highlight of the tour for me was visiting Asakusa and taking a picture with a sumo wrestler. I felt like we spent a little bit too long at the university of Tokyo and would instead spend more time in Asakusa.
This bike tour was an excellent way to fight jetlag on our second day there. We did enjoy the company of our fellow riders and the food and refreshments that were provided by our 2 lovely guides.

“Excellent intro to Tokyo”
Reviewed October 7, 2012 via mobile

Wonderful 6 hours covering nearly 23 miles without really noticing the distance. Great way to see some main attractions, and side streets and a few places off the beaten track. Helped me feel right at home in Tokyo on my first visit. Had a lot of fun winding through pedestrians and other bikers. Recommend highly.

“Experience a city the slow way!”
Reviewed October 7, 2012

Cycling is a great way to see a city. This is a well conducted tour with a little bit of everything. History, food, exercise, sumo wrestling and fun. Safely guided and knowledgeably presented this was well worth the investment in time and money. Spend 9-3.30pm on an experience others will envy. Thanks to Kazu and Yukiko for fitting me into a tour at a day's notice!

“Brilliant idea that is well executed - highly recommended”
Reviewed September 28, 2012

Cycling is not something that comes to mind when visiting a city but as it popped up as no 1 attraction in Tokyo I thought it was definitely worth checking out. Due to popularity all the day tours were booked out but we managed to get slotted into an evening tour of about 1.5 hours. I have to say, out of a trip full of great experiences, this one ranked right up there. My family of four got a real buzz out of cycling around interesting neighbourhoods and along the river, places that we ordinarily would not get to see. It felt like a real privilege to get such insights into Tokyo life and would have done another had there been different evening routes. So thanks to the operator for an incredibly fun and interesting activity

Truly, this tour is the best way to discover the charms of Tokyo. You get a bit of everything- sightseeing, history lessons, great food (including just-caught tuna from Tsukiji fish market), funny guides, and not to mention a bit of exercise. I can't say enough about our guides- so knowledgeable, sweet and fun. They even give you a much-deserved celebratory beer a the end of the tour to calm those aching muscles!
