Despite reading a few reviews on the web that the hotel was hard to find and the staff did not speak English, we chose to book one night here. We found the hotel very close to Kojimachi subway station and 7/11 with an Indian restaurant on the corner! We had no problems finding the hotel. The hotel sign is not in English, but the sign does say Jardin (Garden in French) for the restaurant, I believe. Again, no problems speaking English with the very helpful staff. We were allowed to borrow umbrellas for the day as it was raining and snowing!
Disliked the hard mattresses (seems to be a common theme in Tokyo). Room was the smallest of the 3 hotels we stayed at in Tokyo and surrounding area on our trip. Can't complain about the size of the room, the size was close to common in Tokyo.
Hint for other guests: Find the hotel on the yellow maps in the subway station, Kojimachi which is closest to the hotel! It shows you exactly where to locate the hotel once you come out of the station. You can't get lost if you do so!
