We spent 4 nights in this hotel on our recent trip to Japan - great location, so convenient, being right on the station. Rooms were very comfortable, clean & quiet with lovely views over Tokyo. Didn't have breakfast here but there were plenty of places to eat in Tokyo station. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel. The hotel is conviently located adjacent to Tokyo station -- very convenient for getting around both Tokyo and for excursions outside of the city as well. The rooms are clean with modern amenities. The complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. We had lovely views of Tokyo station from our upper level floor room. We didn't try the restaurants in the hotel as there are so many options for a quick pastry for breakfast and dinners in and around the station. We would stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of Tokyo station. The night views are great!

This is by far one of the best rooms I have stayed in in Tokyo. Location is excellent, almost on top of Tokyo Station high enough (rooms start at the 27th floor) not to be too noisy. Large bed, great amenities including a humidifier, flashlight, large blow dryer, bathroom toiletries, free wifi, alarm clock,safe,mini-fridge, tea pot and even a face mirror. The room is larger than many Tokyo rooms I have stayed in, and I was able to exercise in the room without too many adjustments.

The rooms have dark out curtains, and the bar or lounge downstairs is well equipped. A Starbucks is outside the lobby door as is a convenience store.

Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi was a great place for the location, proximity to the station, value, and beautiful accommodations. We received a discount with our JR Rail Pass, and the hotel upgraded us to a top floor corner room with a spectacular view of Tokyo Skytree. The room is very modern Japanese with high tech bathroom, great climate control and internet. The hotel appears to be brand new and everything is spotless.

Room Tip: Non-smoking rooms in Japan are tough to come by, so ask when both making reservations and checking i...

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The service is outstanding, the location is superb as it is near everything you will need. The staff are so accomodating to your needs. Rooms are well designed too with a very modern touch. Very nice hotel indeed! Worth the price.

Room Tip: Twin bed room is much larger and worth the difference in price

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights whilst visiting Tokyo and found it very convenient to get around. As others have mentioned it is right at Tokyo station and located in Sapia building at Nihonbashi exit. Room very comfortable with all mod cons. What was a bonus was the drip coffee bags that were provided. Had breakfast at the hotel one morning but whilst there was an both Japanese and American breakfast available. We did not find it quite to Australian tastes. Tomato soup, french fries, pasta and salad are not on my breakfast list! No toaster only cold toast, so if you are after poached eggs with bacon or muesli and yogurt then suggest you try elsewhere. However pretty good selection if you like Japanese breakfast. We did have dinner one night and it was excellent. Would stay again and enjoy the hotel and fantastic view from room.

Room Tip: Any room I think will be good as the hotel levels start on the 27th floor.

We had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at the Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi. The location right at Tokyo station is excellent (it is in the Sapia Building right outside the Nihonbashi exit of Tokyo Station). We prepaid for the breakfast plan and a room with a view looking out to the city, well worth the extra fee. The room was small (this is normal for the city), well furnished with a large comfortable bed and a nice desk area. Complimentary tea and nice toiletries were provided.
The bathroom had a deep tub and we never ran out of hot water to fill it; best part of the bathroom besides the heated toilet seat and auto wash was the view from the tub.
The breakfast buffet consisted of both American and Japanese food items, tea and coffee.
The staff were very accommodating and spoke good English with us and all were very kind.
The hotel in general was very clean and very quiet, worth every penny.
Also, a little extra information, the Sapia building has a convenience store, 2 restaurants and a coffee shop.
