“Interesting building - not much else”

Worth going if you like architecture. Bit like a big railway station - but no trains. Lots of concert halls - but all performances in Japanese with no sur titles.

“Beautiful”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2014

We spent a good while wandering this lovely building admiring and photographing the architecture. Best thing though, we chanced upon a busy Mr Donut market research event to mark the launch of a new chocolate donut and gain feedback from general public. We happily took part in that! Very random but great fun.

“Huge convention center, easily accessible by subway”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 6, 2014

Was here for a show at the theatre within the convention center for two weeks. The building is HUGE so plan extra time in case you get lost the first time you visit. The Hibiya Station is right there, which is incredibly convenient. There is a convenience store and a coffee shop within the same building, along with a Starbucks across the street, for any Americans looking for the comfort of the known. We were there in August when it was unbearably hot, but you could stay within the tunnels for the subway and the tunnels between the buildings and not have to venture into the heat for blocks and blocks, if you didn't want to!

“Convenient convention center”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 30, 2014

Was here for a conference Last April, it's huge convention center with a modern design. Can be bit confusing because of the size. It's surrounded by many chick shops and eatery, and can be easily accessed from Hibiya and Yurakucho station. Walking surrounding this convention is a nice treat to eye, and you can find a hidden park nearby.

“never fails to impress”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 17, 2014

An outstanding building. I visited this great conference facility for a conference 15 years ago, when it was then recently opened, and visited it again last month. This architecture never fails to impress.
The sheer grandeur of the place makes it sometimes confusing, and in few instances it can be user un-friendly, as having to find the specific elevator to go to a certain level particular room!
Nevertheless, it is mostly grand, beautiful, impressive and to a good extent use friendly. During a sunny day, you get a great visual reward from inside
