This is a convenient location for events located next to the Tokyo and Yurakucho stations. I have been to some concerts and exhibitions here. The building has a very nice light structure.
During lunchtime trucks selling bento lunch boxes often come here. There are also some cafes located in the building.
Downstairs is a small museum and the stairs next to it connect to Tokyo station.

I was absolutely blown away by this building. It is so beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing for a contemporary building. Every inch of it seems to have been so carefully thought out. It has a huge central atrium with a fascinating glass roof. Your neck will ache by the time you come out, from spending so much time looking up at it.

The building is the real star of this place as the amazing construction really takes your breath away especially at night when its lit up. There are often various conventions you can check out if curious.

I decided to visit the building after spending the morning in GInza. As others have said - it is a very impressive structure. Although, unless you are there for work or a conference there isn't much to do there (at least there wasn't when I visited on a weekday, at around noon). I went in, took a few photos and left after 10 minutes.

I visited Tokyo International Forum several times in the past years and never get tired of it. The main atrium is spacious with a huge glass wall on one side and a breath-taking roof structure up above. Information booth at the basement level provides map of the building/complex. I found it easier to take elevator to the top floor and descent through walkway down to the ground level. Bring the wide angle lens, if photography is on your list of activity.
