Back to Japan after 5 years and a 6-year expatriation in Tokyo, we were invited for lunch in this restaurant lodged in the Tokyo Station Hotel.
During our assignment in Japan we had the opportunity to taste Robuchon, Ducasse's Beige, L'Osier and many others like Pachon, but the menu set up in Blanc Rouge was absolutely beautiful: a mix of French and Japanese cuisines.
I strongly recommend.
The renovation of the hotel is also remarkable.
