4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 14, 2014

One thing, I know its a bit expensive but you have to try a Tokyo Banana. This is an amazing train station. Walk around inside or outside the station. We get to see many section of the station because we got lost. Hahaha.

“Organized Station”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 30, 2014

I love this Station. Even though is a huge station, it's so clean and organized. Millions of people pass to this station. It's unbelievable how perfect and spotless. The Shinkansen train is the best!! Faster, cleaner ( The synonym for Japan is perfection). The train is pricey but is worthy. You can go to Kyoto in two hours and see the Fuji Mountain.

“Nicely redone building with some atmosphere”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 28, 2013

If you are passing through Tokyo station, I would recommend you give yourself 30-60 minutes to walk around it and some of the surrounding buildings to get a different take on Japan. There are some fairly ritzy boutique shops and while it is not the best place to visit, you can make it into a nice stop on your way to a main attraction. On weekends it is far less busy and very tolerable crowds fuss about in the usual Japanese organized fashion.

“Hectic”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 17, 2013

I like the fact that u can get almost everywhere around Japan from here. Nevertheless, it looked more like an airport to me even after office hours.

“Must visit for Whisky Lovers!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 25, 2013

In this shopping arcade, there is the famous liquor shop where you can have tasting starting from 100yen. (Note: Most of the shop in Tokyo does not offer tasting sample)

Japanese whisky is very good for souvenier and everyone wants to choose the best one to take home. Some of the staff can speak english and also have the knowledge of what they sell.
Therefore ask them for sample and you'll be able to choose the best one!

And in irony, Japanese tax is much lower than UK, therefore it is much cheaper to buy Scotch whisky here than in UK! (Of course there are many tasting samples)

After taking a dram, there are plenty of Japanese restaurant to select so you can spend a nice dinner (or lunch) here.

I hope you choose the best whisky for yourself!

Slainte mhath!

Note: There are other liquors else from whisky which you can sample as well.
