We stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is short walk from the metro station which is called hanzomon. Also hotel is very close to imperial palace just 5min to metro station and you can find also open supermarket and kiosk till midnight. The room is clean and very nice view. Hovewer the rooms are very small but if you think about japanese standart it is normal. You have also free wi-fi and interconnection is very good. The bathroom is clean ok but tiny. The bed is okey not much compertable but okey. Price is very good for Tokyo.

We stayed here for four nights. The Hotel was very clean and the bed was firm, which I like. The restaurant was good and the bar was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Free wifi, fridge in room. Room was a little small but big enough. Very quiet in the room, no noise from the hall. The hotel isn't near a lot of tourist attractions or other restaurants. It is about three blocks from a subway station. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room Tip: My wife and I stayed in room 1208. It had a view of the palace grounds and moat.

The hotel is a short walk from the metro station, making it really convenient to get around. There are no lack of restaurants in the area and there is a convenience store just down the road too.

The rooms are small (as expected of Japanese rooms) and the double bed looked more like a super super single. It was very comfortable however, and the staff had a good command of English. The rooms are all facing the same direction (west) and have a view of the gardens and the Tokyo tower.

This hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Hanzomon Station. From there it's only a few minutes to Shibuya. But for arriving and leaving with all the luggage it was exhausting, since the metro station has only stairs, no lifts.

The rooms are small, and clean with a great view. Bath tub and japanese toilet. Very quiet and with very friendly staff. Wifi included.

Highly recommended.

I stayed in a single room, which was small but fine for a few nights.
Tokyo is expensive and I think this hotel is decent value for what you get. Very friendly as usual in Japan. Breakfast was Western or Japanese, which is good. I liked the location because it is a little quieter but still has many options for food and groceries.

This is a very good hotel to stay if visiting tokyo.
Although it is not in a "centric" location, Metro station is only 20m away so you can go everywhere.
Hotel views are also very good (imperial palace gardens), and rooms space is ok (good for japanese standards).
Cost per room is also ok, so it is a very recommendable hotel.

We stayed twice in this hotel, with our 2kids of 9 & 11 years old, first in a std room with beds, and in a Deluxe twin room still western style, at the end of our long travelling in Japan in July 2013. The difference in confort and size of room is really worth the difference in price we got on the deals via booking.com. the std room (110 € per night) was actually very tiny for us 4 and all suitcases. The Deluxe room at 160€per night had a nice sitting room space in addition to the 2 beds and splendid bathroom and separate toilet. 2 large windows with a view on the green imperial gardens... Waouw ! Nearly a studio. For Tokyo, this hotel is really a nice quiet and 4 stars confort and services place, at very decent price. Indeed night life is at a few stops of metro from there, but not a big deal compared to the advantages detailed above.

Good tip for travellers : most twin room in Japan (sold on internet for 2 adults & 2 children) have quite narrow beds. Usually between 110 and 120cm : to know before booking for a family with children or tall teenagers... This hotel has beds of 120cm wide, which was OK for our family.
