“a solid choice.”
Reviewed November 5, 2013

Hotel is small, clean, and exactly what you wud expect from a Four Seasons. Location is probably the best for shopping. Metro station is directly next door which is ultra convenient for a gateway to the sights and sounds of Tokyo. A good solid choice but certainly not over the top in terms of luxury.

Of all the hotels I've ever stayed at this had by far and away the best service. The staff was simply unbelievable. The rooms were very pleasant if a little bland. The restaurant was good and had plenty of options. The location was great for site seeing it was right next to the train station, which is convenient since there is a direct train from Narita airport which is probably the easiest way to get into town. The spa was fantastic, had a very nice massage. Two things I would recommend if you haven't been to Tokyo before the hotel offers a service where they will have someone meet you at your train and take you to the hotel, which is wonderful since the train station is a maze. Also, cab drivers seem to have trouble finding the place so I'd get something from the hotel with directions which the concierge was happy to provide. Overall a wonderful experience which I would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel.
High level facilities and extremely good service.
Perfect situation, near GINZA, if you want to go for shopping or if you prefer to visit the very nice gardens of the Imperial palace.
Near Tokyo station, it can be very practical if you want to take the train to visit places surrounding Tokyo.
Very convinient for business trip.

Being a first timer to this hotel after almost two dozens of trips to Tokyo, I was impressed by the quality. It's a small hotel (under 60 rooms) with a discrete entrance and lobby, little bar and lounge in the 7th floor - so if you value a certain understatement and minimalism, a very good choice yet you might be disappointed if you expect the usual luxury hotel with huge lobby where the "see and be seen" happens. Rooms are large, with the usual details you would expect from a 5* house in Tokyo. Rooms are sound proof, so proof in fact, that I could hear the steps from the room above occasionally.
Location is just next to Tokyo station, so just perfect for visiting close-by Ginza and Maronouchi or continue/end your travel in Japan.
One word of advice, which basically applies to most 5 star hotels in Japan: You won't do yourself a favour if you travel on a budget, as 15% service fee and 5% (soon 8%) tax is added to every item. Be willing to spend 30-50% of your room rate for extras (and enjoy them ;).
I certainly will be back!

Room is so stylish and comfortable. Services never let us down. Location is great.
We were so relaxed in clean, quiet room and were so excited outside the hotel.
Narunouchi side of Tokyo station has just been renewed. There are lots of shops and restaurants,
streets are beautifully paved and night view is so nice.

The hotel is in an excellent location, but it's probably too expensive even I'm booking it at a relatively low price compared to their "normal" price.

But frankly speaking, other than the price, there's really nothing you can complain about. I've seen quite a lot of high-end hotels equipped with HDMI enabled TV, but none of them is 3D TV, not even to mention that this Four Season Hotel is also providing you the cables & 3D glasses!

Visited for Business October 6, 2013 and as previous stays with Four Seasons Hotels the Hospitality, rooms and service is Immaculate! From the flawless checkin to last minute changing
my pillows to hypoallergenic, room service and concierge (they helped find an obscure pizza restaurant "The Savoy" and made reservations). Four seasons never disappoints! P.S. Japanese toilets are the best!!!

Room Tip: As in any busy city center hotel always ask for rooms on the upper floor. Note, my room did have a p...
