We stayed six nights - obviously hotels in Tokyo, especially as well located as this are not cheap, but you can get deals & worth it if you are able to. You are literally across the road from Yaracucho station on the Yamanote (JY) line so if this is a first stop after a long flight (& trip in from Narita) that's a big plus. You are on top of Ginza subway station as well, so a fantastic base for travel in Tokyo. Five minutes walk from all the retail extravagance as well as new Muji Hotel (& store) plus the Tokyu Plaza where there are some sensibly priced restaurants (notably Tsuru Ton Tan Udon) & heaps of small bars & restaurants within five minutes walk. Don't confuse with the other Gate Hotel (same operators) in Asakusa

Hey husband and I spent three nights here and were extremely impressed by the standard of the hotel. The rooms were large by Japanese standards, very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the subway, JR railway line, shops and many good restaurants. A great place to stay in the heart of the city.

We checked into this new hotel at 2 pm and were genuinely surprised with the size and amenities of the king bed luxe room; modern with panoramic view of the area. The bathroom consisted of double sinks, full bath and shower, Japanese high tech toilet/bidet. The dresser could be access either through the bedroom or from the bathroom, which is quiet unique. The breakfast lounge is up to par; our package is included with breakfast, which you have three choices, nice presentation, average taste and standard quality. The staffs were courteous and helpful; our luggage was delivered from airport via TA-Q-BAN then delivered by the hotel staff to our room at 6pm. The Ginza line station is located in front of the hotel (exit C1) and plenty of restaurants, shopping mall, retail stores in the vicinity, which also make this boutique hotel an ideal location for leisure travelers. The lounge is located on the fourth floor, which is also where you check in. Overall, this is a nice hotel, standard Japanese hospitality and centrally located. However, it is slightly off in certain area of service that would make this a great hotel to stay in Ginza. Further, the panorama view was hindered by the Tokyu Plaza, otherwise the room would have a really nice view of the Ginza strip.

We spent three nights at this hotel and loved it. The location could not be better. In the heart of the city and extreamly close to the Underground and JR circle line - this made getting to all destinations very easy.

Staff were welcoming and efficient, the room was modern, clean with very comfortable beds. One small criticism would be a lack of bedside table space

The bathroom had a double sink and a good shower there was an extensive array of products

The breakfast menu was a little limited but everything was delicious and catered for both Western and Japanese taste

We had a very good evening meal in the restaurant which was modern and well presented

Overall an ideal choice for a short visit to Tokyo

My wife and I and another couple stayed four nights. Rooms are small but perfectly designed. Impeccably clean.

Staff were helpful and thoroughly professional.

Central Location is perfect with JR Rail and Tokyo Metro lines within 5 minute walk. Tokyo station only one stop away. Dozens of great restaurants nearby.

Everything perfect.
