Does the job as a place to stay in Tokyo, but I certainly wouldn't class this hotel as 4 stars. The staff were fantastic so that's a positive, but other than that there isn't much to write home about. The rooms were very small, and there are other hotels in Tokyo that will give you a much larger room for the same cost. The main issue is the cleanliness - there are stains everywhere, on the carpet in the hallways, on the walls in the rooms, the sink had rust, and the shower had stains in the grout. It just felt unclean being there. Cheap but you get what you pay for.

The hotel is located as close to the train station as you could possibly ask. It is also, located in a very alive, busy anime/gamer neighborhood. The hotel itself is stylish, clean and has a high end list of amenities. However, you get this in exchange for an incredibly small footprint in the room. You simply have to decide what matters to you. The breakfast buffet is excellent. There is no free TV watching. In the smallest room, the mattress is also small, not great for bigger folks. Toiletries are great quality.

The hotel is steps away from the JR Akihabara station, and it is close to everything! Although the semi-double (is really just a single room with extra set of towels and pillows) is really tiny, and that electrical massaging chair is really too big for the room; I still enjoy my stay there because of how convenient it is. Also, the room and the hotel are neatly organized and clean. The included breakfast is served at a restaurant not inside the hotel but it is still in the same building. Next time I may try to book the double room which was fully booked when I tried last time.

Room tip: Go for the real double/twin room if there are 2 of you

The hotel practically is at the train station which is great and easy. The akihabara train station is two stops away from the Tokyo station and also is one of the stops of a loop that basically runs through the main touristic cities (shibuya, shinjuku etc). Trip from hotel to haneda airport by train was aporx 30 minutes and you only need to change stations once. Furthermore the hotel is a block away from where all the action is in akihabara (also known as electric town). So just on the other side of the hotel you will be sure to be in the middle of neon billboards, anime and electronic stores, arcades and we even spotted people riding around the streets in mario carts. Akihabara itself I feel is worth a visit but can seem soon repetitive so you can visit the area during a half day but the hotel is great location for a home base during your trip

The policy of this hotel is providing comfortable sleeping. Their bed is appropriate hard setting, and massage chair is available in the room with no charge. In addition, this hotel is just located on JR Akihabara station. Though hotel room is little small, you can have great sleep with satisfaction.

Room tip: There is not enough space. Large suitcase is little difficult to handle in the room.
