Kanda Station is one stop from the Tokyo Station where you can take numerous lines to suburban areas. It is business hotel. Most of the guests I saw are local Japanese businessmen.
Room is typical small, narrow, of no view but clean.
Staff during the afternoon time can barely speak any English, so you may need to speak to their manager who will be in the front desk during morning and evening time.
There are many restaurants nearby and the choices are many. Breakfast is not included but I tried the Pronto restaurant for around Yen 350 every day I stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately Pronto closed in Sunday mornings.
This hotel is on the South Exit of Kanda Station, when you found the right exit, look at your right hand side and you will see the sign of Kanda Station Hotel about 100 meters away.
