Payag's dishes have remained the same throughout the years. I have first tried their chicken inato in Dumaguete (Jo's Chicken Inato), and since then their grilled chicken has been one of my favorites, even better than the ones from Bacolod. I like how their chicken is grilled just right, not overcooked. They have other dishes in the menu, but it is their chicken that makes me come back to their restaurants. Their meals are reasonably priced, and they have decent serving size.
