It's a rare experience these days to eat at a restaurant on the islands where there is an open kitchen , the staff is Greek, and the food is in the best Greek tradition. Anna's big and welcoming smile is matched only by her prowess as a chef.All the dishes are there to be seen; and if you want to see more, then step into the center of the kitchen and Anna will uncover some large pots and let you see and sniff.The food is delicious, and the menu changes often enough so that more than one visit a week multiplies one's culinary pleasures. Anna , when not in the kitchen, doubles as disc jockey, and pulls the patrons onto the dance floor.Never a dull moment. I'm a semi permanent resident of Paros,and without doubt, Anna's restaurant is at the top of the list.
