“"Worst STAFF"”
Reviewed March 12, 2014

We stayed for 2 days in 1 night in Seashore Resort. The place is good. We don't have the problem with the facilities. But they have the worst staff we encountered. We've been there last March 8-9, 2014. A month ago we reserved 2 family rooms when we arrived in the resort we find out that there's only 1 room for the 9 of us. A immediately ask the receptionist regarding this but she said they gave the other room to the walk in Korean guest. Since we are there they gave us the options to convert our room payment to food since our meal is not included in the voucher that we purchased in Cash Cash Pinoy. We agreed with the deal. (DINNER & BREAKFAST) After a couple of hours it's 7PM, we follow up our food since there is no staff to ask us about our dinner. We went to the restaurant to get our foods but the staff there is gave us the choices that we don't have choice but to accept. Since I realized that it's not fair I called OGIE the person who is in charge with the booking. I told him that there staff is offering us TINOLA for the 9 of us which he's not what they told us. On our earlier conversation the receptionist told us that they will be serve us 3 kinds of meal (PORK, CHICKEN & VEGIES). When we confront the staff who said that they gave us tinola for our dinner she is denying it. I observed that the staff there is not giving us the right treatment that we deserved, they treat perfectly the foreigner to impress them but we they just ignore us.

The Seashore Resort got just a while a go a complete Renovation. New Bungalows a New Pool and the rooms cleaned up. We have been in New bungies and also the Deluxe rooms. Clearly to prefer the bungies. A really nice Pool is there now. Friendly Staff, Good Food, average breakfast but all in all a Great stay!

We stayed here for 5 nights and had 4 different rooms. We only made a reservation for 1 night and they were really helpfull when we want to stay a couple of nights longer. We had to switch 2 times more from room, that wasn't a problem for us. So that's why we saw different rooms. But we saw one room more, because we had a very terrible night at room 27. The smell in the room was disgusting, even when we sprayed a couple of times with good smelling spray. Finally we ended up outside the room on the pillow of the chair. It was not possible to sleep in the room. The manager moved us to another room. We really want to thank him again for that! The beachfront room is old and in the night it can be noisy with drunken people. The rooms with kitchen are smelling more than without kitchen. Definitely the best room was room number 19, the new building at the pool. I wish every room was like that! Further the chairs in front of the verandas are lovely and the pool really nice, unfortunately without comfortable beds, so you have to stay on a plastic chair. Really a thing what can be improved!

Room Tip: Avoid number 27, even avoid rooms with kitchen if you don't need it, because it can be smelly. A...

Stayed 3 nights in a nipa style room facing the ocean, the sounds of the ocean is so relaxing and added to the ambience, rooms were basic but clean. Has a nice restaurant and store on site and had just finished a pool area which wasn't open but looks the part. Would highly recommend this to people traveling on a budget as it's great value for money in a nice, quiet location. Perfect for divers!

Fantastic location right on the main beach. Could walk out of unit into the water and see great great coral and fish right at the door. Close to all the restaurants and the town center of Sabang and easy ride Puerto Galera. Was full time security guard at gate so felt safe leaving belongings on patio even though it was so close to walkway. Units not flash but clean and comfortable and had fridge, comfortable lounge (on balcony) and table and chairs.

Room Tip: Worth spending the money on a beach front unit.

Tiny rooms, ants and cockroaches in room, tread bare towels, shower consisted of a trickle of water, Trying to get an extra towel was like asking for a pot of gold!
Outside the beach front rooms there were street sellers constantly shouting at you to buy or have a massage. I will never stay there again.

This is my second time to stay there. I like this resort. Last time I have been there was in 2010 this time I have seen some improvements and they are doing some renew on it. the room was good. The cleanliness was ok. The view of the room was nice to the garden. It's quite place and relaxing. Really it's worth the money. I highly recommend it if you are not looking for diving and nightlife.
