We stayed for 2 days in 1 night in Seashore Resort. The place is good. We don't have the problem with the facilities. But they have the worst staff we encountered. We've been there last March 8-9, 2014. A month ago we reserved 2 family rooms when we arrived in the resort we find out that there's only 1 room for the 9 of us. A immediately ask the receptionist regarding this but she said they gave the other room to the walk in Korean guest. Since we are there they gave us the options to convert our room payment to food since our meal is not included in the voucher that we purchased in Cash Cash Pinoy. We agreed with the deal. (DINNER & BREAKFAST) After a couple of hours it's 7PM, we follow up our food since there is no staff to ask us about our dinner. We went to the restaurant to get our foods but the staff there is gave us the choices that we don't have choice but to accept. Since I realized that it's not fair I called OGIE the person who is in charge with the booking. I told him that there staff is offering us TINOLA for the 9 of us which he's not what they told us. On our earlier conversation the receptionist told us that they will be serve us 3 kinds of meal (PORK, CHICKEN & VEGIES). When we confront the staff who said that they gave us tinola for our dinner she is denying it. I observed that the staff there is not giving us the right treatment that we deserved, they treat perfectly the foreigner to impress them but we they just ignore us.
